Sir, since you don't appear to have ever led official faction or been in the higher ranks or even actually been member of one ( might be wrong, hard to track all the roleplay accounts you keep getting banned, renamed or scrapping past roleplay ) your opinion is so minuscule in this regards that you should not bother us with the burden of reading completely false and out of line statement by someone who has supposedly left this community more times than I have sanction threads.
Irrelevant to the point he made Snak3 and that's a low attack even for you.
Maybe if you saw the reasoning into why he has done such you'd maybe give a sliver of sympathy and try to help him instead of attack. But that's like pulling your own teeth out with a bandsaw all cause of him RPing a furry. You attack him in such cause he's a soft target and has few to support him. If he never did such you wouldn't have said any of the above.
Even I think it's stupid for a faction saying they can't continue when their leader is removed. They shouldn't have officialdom to start if such a faction was so top heavy. If you don't have people in a faction who cannot take your place then you have problems. And I'm saying that as a leader of several faction that even I failed in and let others who were better step up. That's called having a healthy faction.
Going to attack me now cause I said the same thing? Go ahead.
Difference is that Wesker led RHA with passion, it was his faction. There are factions tied to their founders/leaders. Wesker was ready to sacrifice stuff for RHA and his members actually were ready to follow him there. And again, if they wouldn't have taken its officialdom, someone else would lead it. As soon as you are becoming a leading figure in one of your factions the way Wesker was you can complain.
Bret, you raise a good point. But the issue is that in today's time, with the server populous being a fraction of what it was before, things do start to fall heavily on leaders alone. I have a dedicated HC, each of them was willing to do what was necessary for this faction to live. We will as long as we're around.
Which brings me to the next part, after a long discussion with Spazzy, and after seeing so many of you post here and pm me. I've decided I can't just abandon this community, this disbandment will be temporary until I get back. RHA will restart, when I come back. The reason we're disbanding temporarily is because the weight of the faction currently falls heavily on me, its no ones fault, everyone in HC chips in when they can, but ultimately they have other responsibilities. We have great dedicated members, but leading a faction and par taking in HC require a certain level of experience oorply and inrply with things. I care about this faction a lot, I will be back to fix things when I get unbanned.
Posting this with premission from spazzy, I'll see you all in 6 months.

Difference between Wesker and me.
How many time's was I banned for breaking server rules? Zero Times.
Wesker? THREE TIMES!
Worst Offense for me? I left ship in system for hours over an issue kept private between myself and then admin Reverend Del and lost an SRP. And I ever took responsibility for someone else sanction cause I was trying to help them.
Worst Offense for Wesker.
Multiple reports of exploiting the game for his benefit. Multiple 1.1 & 1.2 Violations. I can go on.
And you call him a PASSIONATE leader?! And willing to follow him in his actions!?

Praise to Christ Almighty and Eris above that I'm NOT! I'd have been banned for doing the same things.
EDIT:

And that's fine. Thats one of the reason even I agree that the HC in the BAF| right now is the best its ever been with those who's in it. But shelco makes it feel like all the HC in the RHA are nothing more than blind followers.

Well, if you put competence as a leader on the same level as getting banned, your thing. I am not saying they were/are blind followers, they are members that a leader wishes for.

Pulling a furry-victim card out of the blue is not the best argument you can make in debuffing my idea that person with so little experience in participating in official faction(s) should not be throwing such statements around. Even with leader changes when they retire or simply step down usually comes chaos into the faction. Charisma is a rare feat, something I don't think I can attribute to my own name here, yet I can acknowledge leaders who can attract huge crowd with their personality. In the meantime I am too blunt and too direct to be popular leader but I can attribute to myself total and unconditional devotion to making my faction(s) as serious as possible and as beneficial to the roleplay aspect of the game. And holy crap, do I know about failing as a leader or being targeted with crowd-sourced antipathy. Shameful feeling in the first, sore feeling in the latter thing. But you know what, I value reliability and loyalty more than being a social justice warrior (re)entering the frame once again just to put two cents down about something as regretful as group dissipating after leadership has disappeared or been suspended.
And hello there. Wesker and I had differences, he wronged me rulewise once, then tried to bully me around and antagonize me in front of other leaders, but despite him being twat that he is most of the times, I will not deny that he was/is/will be one of the most charismatic and dedicated leaders that I envy of those specific character feats. While I might have major distaste for his actions that I am sure must result in serious punishment considering the damage he has done, I cannot stand idle when someone is claiming that faction with charismatic leader doesn't deserve official status if they have no other member capable of leading the faction. Having subpar leader is step back and these days we should not settle for anything less. If I were ever to feel I am doing subpar work (yes, work but not job), as a leader, I would certainly spend my last motivation on finding a capable substitute leader for my faction and if that fails, I would also put faction into hibernation to prevent from ruining its legacy.
tl;dr: Wesker is a twat who deserved ban for malicious exploit but claiming that faction who don't have second members capable of leading is not deserving official status is completely off the mark and actually insults the legacy of the faction which did more than fine (except for malicious exploits).
I pulled out more into 343 than anyone in that faction, save for Char. It was one of the only reasons why I ever logged for some period using my valuable free time very little I had. But eventually I co-lead Char's 343 into damn officialdom (sometimes even taking the primary role in certain actions due to main leader's absence) and I know the burden of official faction leader pretty well. When I couldn't co-lead faction anymore, I stepped down but still logged whenever I could. From beginning to end, as a lover of Japanese culture and history, I pulled my whole heart into the faction and roleplayed everything with true pride of being of part of it feeling that every second of it is worth it.
What was the reward for all that?
Being kicked out of the faction due to false accusations that I ruin other player's roleplay after Dawson Base sanction. Oh, and being denied my input into historical 343, as I've just found out that every trace of my past activity had been erased.
