I agree with Foxglove. Make Bretonia fall and make Bretonian corporates decide whom they want to align with. I'd love to see scenario in which what remained of BAF is forced to clash with Navy, even if they don't want to. After all, Bretonia had been scarred by three wars already and I bet part of civilian population, alongside with some Lords, had enough of war.

For those who think it is this thread provides a great platform to do so. For those who think it isn't, there are no obligations to participate in this thread and ask "why does this thread exist?" and instead can be more useful elsewhere.

What a shame, you didn't say such things when CR appeared in Tau-44.
I still fully stand by this and know for a fact it'd be good. If Gallia needs to take a loss for once it could even start with Kusari striking first and the Tau-23 battleship being disabled or something.

I tend to agree with the mentality that much of the current Armed Forces would fight to the last before surrendering, and likely resort to a rebellion, even if Carina ever did arrange for a formal surrender.
As for Civilian conscripts, I can see as much being mandatory under a Gallic-controlled Bretonia, under penalty of death or imprisonment for failing to comply, for those of the populace who are more timid. ... That felt odd to say. Timid Bretonians? That doesn't feel like it should be a thing, but when you're talking billions of human beings, surely some are likely to be of the "I just want to live, forget trying to rebel, I've got a family to think about" mindset.
Yes, from military point of view, Galia makes very bad strategy. Attacking border systems betwen 2 houses in order to cut suplay Lines is uber dumb strategy (especialy since there is still lots of rutes to suplay Bretonia, even if takes more time) , and starting attack on stronger house instead of finishing weaker one. Galia simply need to focus that one more system and claim London, after that even if Bretonia dont surrender imidietly, it will certanly be in BIG troubles, with loos of capitol, anarchy thats follow it, Insurgent elements, betrayal of local lords and wealthy corporations wanting to save what they can, it will be Kusari scenario at least.
Instead, Gallia makes same mistake Hitler did in WW2, it opens second mayor front and alows its weakened enemy to catch breath and re-organise.
