Can an Outcast ID and IFF gunboat pirate in Omega 7/3?
This relates to the ZOI of Outcasts.

I'd recommend checking here - great tool to find out what is compatible and what is not. From there you should be able to determine what ID can fly what, then you can check ZOI.
It looks like Lane Hackers and Golden Chrysanthemums can use the Outcast Gunboat at 90%, otherwise, you'd need to fly an appropriate ID to use one at 75%.

Coincidentally, neither of those have operations in the omegas, and therefore no zoi too.
