AW and Phantoms are generaly at war with eachother, but when the old CUFF was around and staying with the DVL, the Phantoms and the AW managed to sign said pact so we could focus on the DVL, and the AW could focus on CUFF. I'm not sure what direction this will take now, since the old CUFF is gone and I didn't see much DVL activity before I left... We'll see.

I think I got it, but we'll see. I'm a genius, ask me I'll tell you. Thanks for the details on the wars/pacts. I was unaware of the reasoning in them. I do now. I don't think your pact will be necessary, for CUFF will remain Neutral for a few months at least while I am building. I will make no alliances, pacts, agreements, or other such types of diplomatic unions WITH ANYONE until I have myself comfortably in place.

I'm not sure what the CUFF high muckety-mucks (No offence. All orginazations have them) will think about some "newb" (Again, no offence) moving in and taking over.
Actually, i'm not even sure they care. Wedge kept saying that CUFF was bringing the whole f-ing clan on the server, but I personaly never saw more then 3 or 4 at any one time. Actually, I think i've only seen 3 or 4 total. Not that it matters. If they finaly come in and kick you out, there are plenty of other factions that could use help.

Kane, I have no proof of any CUFF left here. (even the one that started me off) I welcome their input, but until I get some,. I am considering them to be running to a new server. Maybe I will get some replies now.
