It seems to me ypu just wanna sit around in battleships all day no docking people rather than actually using the police ID to do what the police does. If you recognize that its not the Navys primary job, make a cop for the region. There is no real argument to give Navy IDs no dock commands. You can easily catch someone without. Back when I was in 5th Id sit outside Manhattan with the LSC with the cloak disruptor and catch quite a few people a day. Its not impossible or even challenging.

if you can't nodock a smuggler hotdocking on a planet you dont deserve the command

its really easy, you have 10k of sensor range to nodock them

Faction perk request scheduled for next patch release:
- New LN ID faction perk 1 - spontaneous anticheat ban upon cargo scanning neutral or friendly ships;
- New LN ID faction perk 2 - snub powercore nerf to 25% by default;
- New LN ID faction perk 3 - caps sometimes implode when undocking. The chances for this to occur are increased for each successful undock, until it happens. The mechanic resets itself after that as the cycle continues once more.

Why only for LN ID? I requested them months ago for the 5th ID. Bad devs. Delete
