Can there be an Omega restart for IMG?

Agreed. This would make perfectly sense with the IMG being able to mine Uncut Diamonds, Silver and Cobalt down in the Omegas. And now that the IMG is at war with Bretonia it would give players the chance to quick start there to shoot stuff. Freistadt Base in Omega-7 would be nice place for a restart now that Aland is under control of Bretonia. The only problem is: The IMG shipline is not sold in the Omegas. You need to fly to the Taus or Newcastle. For a civilian Bomber (Roc) you have to fly to Omicron Theta. Grand Vista is Bretonia now. The Waran has no sellpoint near the Omegas. "Only" the BW Shipline (90% core) has an easy access (Freeport 1) for IMG players.

The problem with the IMG VHF, Bomber and the GB can be solved with adding a shipdealer to Madeira Base in Omega-47. A bit off, but the only base that makes sense right now i guess. Then, the only ship without a sellpoint in the Omegas would be the BC and the LF. The latter seems to be a minor problem here.

The mining ships are not a problem though. They are sold at Freistadt. The Hegemon at Vogtland.
