Considering the state of the community, feedback is most likely the last thing you want from them.

I think the only solution would be if the GMs appointed 1ics. That'd break the echo chambers up. A lot of this stuff comes from the top - down, if you look at the indie roleplayers, they're doing fantastic work.
It's the people who consider themselves to have the biggest 'punch' in the community, with exceptions, who are the driving agent of toxicity in this community.

They won't even take it into account. Take my example, no matter how much I yell "Remove Balance Plugin" they keep ignoring me. Not nice, but I'll keep on yelling

Also blaming faction leaders because of your own leadership failures is not the way to go, either.

Well, want is different from need. Although sometimes threads like this get heated, I think generally the criticism comes from a place of good intentions.
A way a lone a last a loved a long the riverrun, past Eve and Adam's, from swerve of shore to bend of bay,
brings us by a commodius vicus of recirculation back to Howth Castle and Environs.

You scream and bawl and hammer on the walls, but we're still having fun.
You can't change what other people experience by simply making stuff up and disseminating it enough so people agree with you.
I was waiting for you to edit your post so it would make sense.
Faction leaders had nothing to do with the general behavior of the community following the outcome. But sure, blame the faction leaders and project some more of your problems onto others. Go ahead.

Alright then.
I believe that players like you, Vendetta, who turn everything into OORP attacks in order to gain some kind of obscure political advantage or he-man, cringe-culture internet point-scoring, are 100% of what is wrong with this community.
You are 100% of what is right with this community when you just roleplay your characters, as I know you can do, and have seen you do, very, very well.

Sometimes I think the endless status quo and nothing changing was better than the story actually progressing at a reasonable phase. Far less people got angry at nothing changing than those that now get angry at things changing not in their favor.
Yeah, this is exactly what I've been saying too. The weekly updates that take away people's toys are the thing creating the atmosphere that Justin is complaining about.
I have to support this statement. I started with this mindset back in early days of 4.85 and I am probably guilty of bringing this outdated mindset to progressively newer and newer iterations of discovery. 4.85 was time when it was the players to make the story, not by a committee where decision makers are not part of a group (either NPC faction or other type of society) their choices affect. Faction loosing BIG assets without being granted something equal of value (pixels, toys, assets that are just as useful INRP or OORP) is what started this entire mess in the first place. Even I have doubts going as far back whether destroying Toledo was all that good idea even if we got entire new home system out of it.

Please stop derailing things - this isn't about individuals, this about accurate feedback to the current staff about how either side can improve. We're trying to get better, not throw mud at each other until we're not human anymore.
I disagree with your previous points. Please do not drag 1iC management into what the community thinks is wrong with events.
We appreciate the effort - but we can all do better.
