I consider it a basic courtesy to keep our allies informed of our current affairs. Knowledge of our urge for internal reformation might prove useful. Especially if you desire more reliable alternatives to the false Shogunate. What the Blood Dragons have allowed themselves to become is far from ideal, a collection of clans more prone to killing one another rather than dismantling the corrupt Samura-controlled Kusari Government is asinine at best and laughable at worst.

Right now, we stand with no one.
We are too tied up with the increase of hostile outsiders in our lands. We did notice an increase of Blood Dragon sympathy to outsiders, which resulted in an increasing hostile tone to our sisterhood. However our Command just wants Golden Chrysanthemum and Blood Dragon relations to normalise. We owe this to our long standing alliance. Choosing a side in this would only be detrimental to an already tense diplomacy.
And who might these hostile outsiders be? I have not paid much attention to the foreign policy of my Brethren. But I would only be further disappointed if they have deviated in that regard in addition to those I already know of.
