I like that you're making this an oorp-motivated event when it was just a thing to do to give a bunch of people activity, but since Bering is actually a sewer I regret wasting the NEMPs in the first place considering the overwhelmingly toxic reaction and behind-the-scenes behavior. I've chastised people on my side for things during this as well, but ultimately this was done to be something fun.

Unfortunately people take things too personally here. They stoop to bad behavior and broken loadouts in an effort to send a message. Retaliation then occurs, and it stays back and forth until the thing is over. Things that were intended to be fun and generate some stuff to do get turned into so-called 'oorply motivated attacks and agendas'. Grow up, dude. None of you are that important or interesting to warrant me spending any amount of time to ruin your entertainment here. I'll settle for shooting people ingame and doing the roleplays like everyone else honestly should.

Given how frequently Auxesia makes fun of Tanith and UN|, I'm sceptical that the intent behind this event is fully clean of Aux just wanting to flex on UN| at their expense. Taking a glance at both Discords, it's quite clear that neither UN| or Auxesia are best friends - very far from it. I'm sure the Staff could pull group chat logs to show how Auxesia really feels.

Considering how frequently you've targeted us and tried motivating reports, I'm surprised you're not sticking to your statement about ignoring us. You can lie to people about your intentions, but your agenda is obvious and frankly I have no time for dealing with you, Lyth. You've contributed nothing meaningful in a very long time and your meming on an OSC shuttle is evident enough that you care very little about this game, the roleplay atmosphere and anything behind it.

I don't even need to begin delving into how often Aux is brought up in other discords and shittalked by you, your friends and whoever else feels like they've got some kind of accurate opinion on us, our motives and what we do. So that's a poor excuse.

I don't get why everyone is pissed here. It's two playerbases that hate each other's guts. Auxesia is known for their playstyle for years now and whenever people have complained about their choice of ships, they gave out reminders that ganking isn't a valid thing to complain in feedback threads. UN is also known for what they are, what they do and what kind of people they have. Both sides should just stop whining in public to make it look like their players were interested in providing fair and balanced fights.

The only thing people can demand from each other is to play by the rules. If none of you can't handle the choice of ships the other fields or the numbers of players that sympathize with certain playerbases, go and do something else. There are more than 100 other systems and more than enough other players. If you can't manage to deal with each other in a way that satisfies you at the end of the day, why bother with those players over and over again? There are enough others. People are behaving like these things haven't happened before.

I apologise for not getting on my knees and bowing to the Auxesia clique who have:

• Told me to go kill myself
  
• Been openly racist to me
  
• Have made fun of me going through depression
  
• Have jumped on me in other Discords for talking about non-Auxesia related things and take screenshots and make memes about what I say and post it in their Discord
  
• Have pulled strings behind the scenes to make my roleplay feel worthless just so they can get what they want.
  

I don't think anyone here is going to buy that Auxesia are noble souls who only want to deliver fun gameplay and server activity for UN|, and are the victims of this event. Do I hate Auxesia? That's too much effort. I do think you're a dangerous combination of extreme hypocrisy and toxicity, however, and this event reveals it. UN are simply acting on their own accord, all I care about is points and couldn't be bothered to stir up a meme squad especially if it'd mean I'd get less points for myself.

That's exactly the problem. People slip up and gank, it happens. Auxesia (and UN to be fair) have done it so frequently that when they quote Athenian out of context to spam his statement on ganking it feels derogatory and snarky. If people make the mistake and gank, own up to it, and work to improve. If you do it repeatedly, it starts to look purposeful and that you don't care for the quality of the interaction.

I've not minded the low quality PvP of the Bering event too much, and I've been enjoying something happening at the very least. What I mind is that there's people in this thread pretending that they're fair play saints and that it's the big bad mean enemy causing all the trouble. It isn't. Stop lying.

The only thing on each side's mind is how to maximize their chances of victory. So just admit that, keep doing what you're doing, blame the fact that events make your players overly competitive and call it a day.
