Why does the Democritus need to be replaced? A ship like this could easily exist alongside it. Discovery is fairly lacking in passenger ships as it is, so it wouldn't hurt to have another, especially something as accessible as a CTE ship.
A way a lone a last a loved a long the riverrun, past Eve and Adam's, from swerve of shore to bend of bay,
brings us by a commodius vicus of recirculation back to Howth Castle and Environs.
Just to be clear, if this were to be added as a Sirius Civilian tech cell cruiser-class, that does NOT mean that corporations, freelancers, or any other factions that currently don't have cruisers on their ID would suddenly have their IDs changed.
Simply that there would be a CTE tech cruiser available for IDs that do allow cruisers.

You mean the Passenger Liner? That is a ship which exists already.
Personally I quite like the idea of a CTE cruiser, but I also like the idea of an economic passenger passenger transport.
However, it would have to be closer to the Geisha/Democritus, not the 3600 class, because of the existence of the aforementioned Passenger Liner.
I'd consider removing the middle engines - more specifically for the liner - and place a docking port of sorts in it's place (a loading dock/ramp for the transport and maybe a shuttle bay/docking bay for the liner, with the loading ramp underneath, in the inclined area). My reason is two-fold: having the engines in the nacelles only, also having in mind is a CTE line of ships - efficiency coming to mind, so less engines maybe. In line with this, maybe two exhausts/nacelle also for the armored transport.
Looks nice, could be an entire new line of ships in the CTE category even.
