"It has been a long time, though I suppose it's only been a few days since I picked up Ampere from getting his teeth kicked in outside Fort Bush and dropped him off on Buffalo, but alas, not why I'm here. So I've heard from the Maltese that I'm not all that fond of myself, and know you hate. That you seek open hostilities with us, even after we've aided you in combat several times as of late, are you destined to turn on everyone and everything close to you like rabid animals? Ironic, I know."
"Seeing as there is no reasoning with you, I will say this. You may not think you need the Maltese, or anyone, but going out of your way to bring Armageddon to your door is a fool's mistake. I thought you better when I left for my retreat into solitude to gather my thoughts. Alcatraz is my home, Alcatraz is your home. Despite how long I've been keeping the place running smoothly, I've barred no one entry, aside from a little incident with an unknown entity but that's not important, that included you. Now not only have you bit the hand that feeds the Rogues in far more than just a mere drug, but supplies and equipment as well. You have also bitten my hand, after I extended it to aid my old pack. That is... well let's just say I hate lack of manners and respect more than anything."
"Alcatraz now belongs to the [R]ogues, it has flown my banner for longer than you seem to remember, before either of you gained any real power at all, it flies my banner now, and my banner answers to a Rogue that does not betray their allies. You have made your final mistake, my patience has run out."
Old friend, Its been a while since i heard your name and been ages since i seen your ID on my comm screens. I hope your health serves well. About this whole situation, I must say, we lost track a bit. Our original problem was the unwanted attention of the Harmony folks but it seems like, everyone calls Alcatraz a home these days. It's baffling to think that how one changes its opinion with time. I used to remember you just like the rebel like we are. I remember your support when we had radical ideas, and I remember you who did not hesitate to pull the trigger on a certain alliance. Maybe you should tell your current followers about those times too.
My old friend, I have nothing against you, but I must ask, how would you feel if your people suddenly decide to pull out and start a new venue of operations so similar to the old one, and yet spit on the ideology that made you who you are? I certainly cannot recall the times when you "rescued me" or dropped me anywhere, you might have been mistaken, my friend. And about that assistance in place? Myself and my members cannot recall any assistance that's worth mentioning.
As for stands now, Alcatraz is still under the recognition of the Liberty Rogues. And our people will continue to protect it even if it means that we need to protect it from its own.
I hope that these demanding times will end soon. I don't think that both your or my health will benefit from it on the long run.

Well, "Old Friend",
I'm saddened to see that you'd believe every word of lie Loyola and her bootlickers tell you. Do you really believe we'd declare war on the outcasts? So let's do some fact checking, if you're willing.
Third of my men are hooked on cardamine, not to mention it is our main drug to trade, now that Freeport 2, and with it my distribution center, and most of my stock of Nox is just a fancy dust cloud. Do you really think I'd give up on that much manpower and trade?
We've had a rather unified opinion on the casts, as far as I remember. Especially with them bringing their big guns into our space: I do believe our whole orange alliance had a pretty detailed point about this. The same agreement by the way, that the good Dona always hides behind, yet doesn't seem to think it rules her actions as well.
Enma Loyola already hated me for the audacity of saying no to her. Guess her crappy little existence needs continuing justification, but ohwell.
As for the Imperial Coalition, I've got pretty recent memories of us together blowing up one of their destroyers, for good measure.
Then, there's the Separatist question: I wouldn't give two shits about their existence, if they didn't used your base as a mooring point for their big guns, but those tend to draw too much attention, not to mention the numerous Legion ships, which last I've checked , were fairly hostile. By the way, we're fairly sure they have a base on their own in California. And we asked them nicely, to leave their bigger assets somewhere else, first. But alas, Victoria Knight is an ever so petulant man-child, who only understands that the stove is hot, when she burns her hand.
And finally, you. When you've vanished, both Ampere and I've figured you've got some personal issues to deal with. When we've heard about this new group, and they've based from, we knew. I have to admit, your reasons are a bit opaque to me to support some idiots with no greater plan than "rob everything"
I don't know how you feel about me, I'd like to think we've had a more... pleasant partnership, considering where those lungs of yours originate from. I've made my mistakes for sure: some from my own stupidity, others from miscalculations. Now tell me Josie, having faith in you was such one mistake?
"I am almost moved by this sentiment, perhaps I had misjudged you, how very rude of me I suppose. For that I must apologize. However, the time of my fury pointed towards those that thought themselves our betters is over. My feelings about the Hackers and the Outcasts remain the same, the Outcasts at the very least, are necessary and the Rogues, of any flag, owe them everything. As for the Separatists or Insurgency... as they're now called, have been behaving themselves far better than their old selves, and actually hold respect for us and our ways."
"No, I wouldn't say this conflict will do either of us very well, Ampere, while I harbor no ill will towards either of you, times have changed. When Amy left the pack to its own devices, you two seemingly took charge, I left for my home, Alcatraz. I sought asylum in the chaotic halls of the Depot, to gather my thoughts and being. I still see Dixon as my equal, Ampere, no offense but you're kind of a desk monkey. Dixon could teach you a few things about walking the bloodied streets."
"With all that out of the way, Ampere, Dixon, though I harbor no ill will toward either of you, the truth of the matter is. Now, it is people against people, right or wrong has no stake in this war that is about to unfold. You don't have to hate a man to kill him, but Alcatraz will always be my home, I have not laid any claim to Buffalo, or Attica, your homes respectively, but here we are, with you claiming dominion over the Hellhound's domain. There will be blood, I will not relent, nor would I expect you to. Though for the sake of old times, I wish you the best of luck, my old friends, my new adversaries.
"The bittersweet winds of change carry the wolven howl."

Josie,
I see your point, alas my own opinion differs. Yes, we need the outcasts. At this point it's cheaper for us to put up with their bullshit than to phase out our addicted members. For now, anyway.
I'd like to repeat myself: We've asked Knight friendly, first. Pointed out that it's not a friendly gesture to leave a big turd on your front porch, then slide away, whistling. You'll need to ask questions, my friend: What will happen if the navy discovers Alcatraz, and the Separa... excuse me, Insurgents just up and leave you there? I'm sure it would be a sight to see, as the Harmony speeds away, with the Concord and her escorts sticking their jaws into it's ass, as it runs away. Then you'd be alone, your location known, at the Navy's mercy.
Or they wouldn't leave. Not outright. But one day very soon, those ships will depart to Vespucci. You'll be in the same situation as before. And their respect towards you and your ways? I'd like to see how would they act when they will no longer need your help.
"I did not shy away from conflict when the Outcasts sought to claim our homes after LR- put money upon their heads and slaughtered their people in Liberty. Harmony knows full well not to drag the navy to Alcatraz, and they have avoided doing so, as far as I am aware the majority of their force is somewhere else in California, not on Alcatraz. Should they leave, Alcatraz will remain safeguarded as it always has, should the navy discover it and seek to take it from us, the Outcasts would step in to protect one of the vital bases for their cardamine flow into liberty."
"I've killed so many of them by now that I do not fear that they will discover Alcatraz, if they do, they will struggle to take it, the Drunken Codger is not far from Alcatraz and could easily be moved to defend any Rogue base on this side of Liberty, Fortaleza, Niverton, Alcatraz, Dawson, Buffalo. We are not incapable of baring our teeth and keeping them at bay in our own backyard."
"Perhaps it is ironic I should say this, you are too paranoid."
We will fight them in their space, we will fight them in their homes and if needed, we will fight them at our doorstep. We are not weak gentlemen. We have our resources and we have our bloodthirst. WE might have had disagreements between our packs. We might see things differently. But one thing for sure. We did our time serving our pack, and we did our fights against the Liberty.
I propose a truce between our pack for the time until the Insurgency finally decides its own faith. After that is done, we can talk and see where we stand with each other. For now. Alcatraz is a hotspot for navy kiddos... I have personally seen a lot more activity than normally occurs over there.
Focus on taking them out first... and let's not waste our resources on each other for now.
"If what you say is true, then you have naught to worry about, they've already discovered Alcatraz."
"Until the Insurgency withdraws from California, there will be no bloodshed between us, should you engage the Insurgency, engage in any hostilities with the outcasts, or us, verbal or physical, you can kiss this agreement goodbye."
And i ask, old friend, that your people keep them naughty mouth and words to themselves about us. We might bare a different banner. But all of us are Rogues. Let see this trough...
