Well picked up. It would have been better to be a post from a government official. It certainly had me seriously puzzled.
I wonder if it would have been wise not to involve the Queen in appointing the Lord Warden as that means they are a legal representative of Her Majesty. That has inter-house diplomatic implications.
The diplomatic implications are exactly one of the reasons this has been set up. It allows us to play our role of appeasement and diplomacy so that our interests go further all while not upsetting the other party. So far, it has worked well enough.
Sounds like you want to play the role of Interspace commerce or Quasi-lawfuls, makes little sense.
Although overcomplicated and not making sense for gov with no ID lines it would be suited for corse/junkers/hogosha who can actually demand things from PoB owners if they don't play ball.
The only problem I had with the Bretonia is the obscene bounty for SWIM, and the POBs siege quasi-unjustified except haha pob:
1. eyesore
2. oh it's degrading so let's just put out of its misery (when they probably aren't)
3. oh no, text, here have a 500,000,00 bounty divided in ten times (though now in the process of being reduced, hats off for this)
Nobody has DIsco on their mind at all times, it is only natural not to say "oh hey I won't be here for a while" inRP. I found it rather ungentlemanly, ironically for what should be the parodic epitome of a gentleman British... IN SPACE! Especially when they have history.
It may completely obsolete by now but I still find it sad.
That's my two cents.
Now that my position has been said, I'm way too tired IRL to deal with any of this, taking a bit fat nap. Cheerio
