Civil Servant, Erich Klugmann, and whomever else speaks for the various cells within the Platform. I've had the pleasure of speaking with some of you, but for those I haven't - I am Navarch Leviathan of the Technocracy of Auxo.
I'm reaching out here in order to formalize communications between our two groups, as recently there has been some talk of strengthening our ties. The recent developments with the ongoing problems in Thuringia have drawn a lot of attention, and the continued unreliability of the Rheinland Government has sparked question as to whether or not they can manage such a crisis efficiently, or at all.
These circumstances have drawn our attention, as this issue threatens to destabilize Rheinland and the surrounding areas. While conscious of their purpose, we're also aware of the rising tensions and complete disregard The Order has displayed for your movement. From attacking you alongside the Corsairs, to dismissing efforts to seek an explanation for their attacks. This adds to a long-time pattern of failure in its mission that The Order have showcased, year after year.
Attached to this missive are a variety of images and logs collected from a variety of field operatives within the Technocracy, show casing a blooming friendship between the Rheinland Military and The Order. This is but one example of many of The Order's willingness to dismiss the concerns you've risen - as evidenced in Klugmann's conversation which has been included for reference. Additional information will be made readily available from my associate. You'll hear from them soon.
In light of their actions, The Technocracy wishes to extend a strong olive branch. We respect the ideals of a brighter, equal future for mankind.
As I told Civil Servant, there is much we can offer in the same vain of support, with the addition of thorough intelligence gathering and access to training in methods of anti-infiltration, technological advancements, and establishing several corridors into the Liberty Borderworlds for supply acquisition and trade between our movements. Intelligence exchanges on groups like the Military, Unioners or Corsairs. The opportunities are boundless. Whereas The Bundschuh have their hearts in the matters of humanity, we are invested in the preservation of life and knowledge.
Though words usually require strong action to reinforce them, thus we offer a gift - a token of goodwill, and an asset that will bolster The Platform's capabilities in fielding deployments across Rheinland and in other areas of significance: An Elbe-Class Carrier, which was utilized as an experimental platform for training and technological modifications. While there were intentions to make use of this vessel, the acquisition of resources needed to maintain and operate Rheinlandic tech this far into the Independent worlds is simply not sustainable for our people. It's better off in the hands of a movement that has familiarity and easier access to the materials necessary to maintain, repair and operate such a sizable vessel.
Thus, The Technocracy offers it to The Platform as a gift, and stepping stone into building a strong foundation between Auxo and The Platform. A joint operation is proposed in order to transfer the asset into your hands, and deliver it back to Rheinland. We've done all the repairs we can manage, however it requires a touch of supplies from Rheinland which are currently not accessible to The Technocracy following changes to Rheinland law that bar entry. To facilitate this, we'd ask that prior to the operation The Platform conduct an assessment on the Carrier's needs.
The vessel will then be escorted under guard through to the Omegas via a back door corridor, where it'll leave our hands and our taskforce will split off to continue their side of the operation. Though I warn you - the nature and sheer scale of what we'll be relocating together is likely to draw a lot of attention, and it's best to be prepared.

It's with welcoming acceptance that you have come to the aid and support of the Platform and the Bundschuh. We've been waiting with great anticipation to formalizing the relationship between our communities. As such this message is comprised by the Platform to cover our council's response your offer, information and our current stance towards the Technocracy of Auxesia.
While we understand that the specialized nature of Auxo has been mostly comprised with the cell of the Damnatio Memoriae within Thuringia's and stellar-alien concerns. But we hope to see that you are more willing to exchange and develop from the offerings and needs of the wider Platform and Bundschuh. We value when ones political orientation stays true to their motives and actions for the good of all people and to reward and aid them justly, it is a rare occurrence within Sirius to meet those that share that, so we do hope this extends with Auxo's olive branch and willingness for open and undenied co-operation.
While we understand that there is currently a standing conflict between the Order and the Technocracy and your organization has been physical witness to the abrasiveness of the Order organizations, we can not underestimate the anti-infiltration and intelligence assets the Order have provided historically and continue to do so. But because of the Overwatch's current tensions with our communities and its representatives, we are free to seek alternatives with the diplomatic autonomy that we so rightfully have, just like the Order choices previously like the Corsairs and the Imperial Military too for their goal of Humanity's security. Therefore its been by the anarchist council to 'test the waters' in an effort to expand our mutual network to support our goal of distributing true democratic freedoms to those in need and to dismantle Sirius' authoritarian states and corporations.
The Paramilitary are in major favour of receiving this Elbe-class vessel from your organization and have already rallied volunteers willing to defend its transit into arranged safety of the Hessian shipyard of Wolfsburg. Commanders are also reviewing hostile parties and organizations that we are able to collaborate against such as the Corsairs and the Unioners, this will be outlined at a later date. As of this moment the Platform paramilitary have dispatched several ships that should be able to rendezvous with your escort team around Freeport 14 and to assist with mid-flight repairs and screening.
On terms of trade and exchange of goods, materials and technology. We understand the nature of the Technocracy with its infrastructure and society and its heavy use of advanced technologies. No doubt other parties have an interest in securing power and advantages in its technologies. While we'd openly admit our political desire to utilize the advanced technology available to the technocracy, it would be heavily focused towards our public to support their own civil infrastructure as demands for automation are high, so we ask the technocracy to assist our population hubs with assets or expertise and in return we can establish reliable trade with our underground arms and goods network (And by grant of the Damnatio Memoriae, extended collaboration within Thuringia's concerns).
