Owner's Name (and Organization's Name if applicable): Julius Fox
Owner's or organization's affiliation and a brief description of the owner's or the organization's activities: Julius Fox, Captain of the LNS-Oriskany and former supply liaison aboard Battleship Arkansas. I have had extensive contacts with corporations of Liberty and beyond for procurement of useful exotic materials, weaponry and supplies. These contacts have proved their usefulness in furthering Liberty's cause and I believe with this station, I can channel their talents further.
System and exact location for base (coordinates can be sent privately):Approximate Proposed Location. This location has been extensively surveyed, it is at least 10 klicks away from every stellar body including trade lanes, stations, and planets. The location is in sector 4F, between LPI Sugarland and Planet Houston. It is offset toward the Bering lane as to not interfere with prisoner transfer and patrol routes.
Reason(s) for Construction: I would like to establish this modular base to provide security for nearby Liberty Navy and Police forces during the course of their duties escorting prison convoys from LPI Sugarland as well as to listen for incoming hostile ships from the nearby Bering jumphole. Its manufacturing capabilities will be primarily be used for ship procurement, outfitting, and docking module installation for Liberty Navy, Police and Security Force ships.
