Vice Admiral,
Some interesting material. Most concerning, to say the least.
This doesn't change much, however, on the count of the Technocracy themselves harbouring former personnel from the Insurgency. Your orders stand; continue to operate and perform reconnaissance within Ontario and report back with your findings. Do you and the Akhetaten need any additional supplies or assets to be deployed?
In service to the Republic.

It definitely is a lot to take in. Took me personally a considerably lengthy amount of time to even sort through them and analyze them.
Our operations in Ontario have also extended to Coronado. At the time being we actively refrain from entering Inverness, but if the occurring events end up requiring us to enter the system I will not shy out of making that decision.
It is difficult as is for us to remain out of plain sight during operations, so it's going to be an even harder task if we have multiple ships on our backs. That being said, I can't decline that we may require support in the future, should Sentinel appearances become a more frequent occurrence. For the time being, aside from Task Force Akhetaten which is on full alert at all times, I'd appreciate if I had all of the support I can get from the NID and their resources, as well as backup readiness of our Alpha, Gamma and Sigma squadrons.
Material-wise there is nothing we require; we very recently fully restocked on supplies aboard Norfolk and are prepared to operate for months independently - although I hope it will not be necessary.
That is all.

Subject: Law Update
Attention all hands,
Please observe the recent Law Update, as advised by the Secretary of the Interior, Boris Livingstone.
Particularly the addendum to:
Article (4) FOUR - Restricted Equipment: "The following ships require a license to operate in Liberty: "Bustard"-class Civilian Carrier, Bristol "Bulwark"-class Heavy Explorer and Liberty "Longhorn"-class Heavy Explorer. Only exemption to this requirement is Liberty Forces."
Standard procedure to be applied for any breaches and appropriate escalation of force authorised, as required, under proper application of Liberty Law.
That will be all.

Uhmen,
I've just had a chance to review what Revenant sent you, and I must admit to being impressed by her intelligence-gathering skills. I can see why you pressed the issue so hard, as I am highly disturbed by what I've seen within the data itself. As requested, I will temporarily assign you an NID recon asset, Epsilon-28. Beyond that, I am also sending you the San Jacinto. They will remain in California on full alert, awaiting any need you may have of them.
You know I trust you, Maria, and I won't question your judgment regarding possibly having to enter Inverness, but I won't leave you to die out there if everything goes to shit, either. I don't care what it costs; I'll be keeping the Ranger and units from Alpha, Gamma, and Sigma on standby to Jump to your location at a moment's notice should it be required.

Subject: Springfield Expansion
Colleagues,
Now that the Springfield Station is through with its initial upgrades, I suggest we begin expanding its functionality. As it stands, in function, Springfield is nothing more but a listening post and a depot, at least at the moment. While I agree that advanced facilities could be added later down the line, it could serve the Republic properly even right now.
While there is a plenty of facilities in New York, Springfield's location provides us with security and discretion, which makes it a perfect candidate to fit an Exotic Materials Lab. If we are all in agreement, I will immediately order the crew to begin construction.

Mister Asterius,
I agree with you, entirely, as I'm sure the rest of Command would. Could you furnish us with a list of all required materials and their respective quantities, just for our reference.
The Merchant Marine Division is at your disposal, Rear Admiral.
That will be all.

Fleet Admiral,
I've consulted with Springfield's construction team, the list of necessary goods was scrambled together in a span of a short chat. Frankly, most of those materials could be procured from the vendors in New York, but there might be a slight problem with one position on this list. In a way, we may have to address the IC for assistance in this matter.
Code:

x5,000 Construction Machinery
x5,000 Hull Panels
x5,000 Quantum Multiplexors
x5,000 Robotics
x2,500 Energy Field Equipment
x2,500 Optronics
In their legitimate form, Quantum Multiplexors are manufactured and distributed in Kusari, and given the rise in tensions with them, I highly doubt they'll let a Merchant Marine vessel slip past their border. Asking a corporation that has no rivals in Kusari to act as a proxy in this situation would be our best bet.

Rear Admiral,
Appreciate the timely response to my communication.
I have contacted All Worlds Enterprises & Securities for assistance regarding the quantum multiplexors. They have assisted the Forty-sixth several times on some significant projects; namely, supplying Salt Lake Station, our former Headquarters. I'm unsure at this stage as to how long this requisition will take, so it would be best that our immediate focus should be on obtaining and delivering the remaining materials. I'm not overly familiar with the purpose of the Exotic Materials Lab and you certainly seem to know more than the rest of us. Care to enlighten us as to its purpose?
I'll be sure to keep you updated as far as developments in obtaining the multiplexors.
In service to the Republic.

Fleet Admiral,
Appreciate it. I hope a reply from AWES comes through soon.
As for the purpose of Exotic Labs, think of them as a processing centre for things that would otherwise be problematic to get. One of its core functions is processing spacecraft remains and extracting useful components for prototype tech. Of course, scrap is an imminent leftover of this process, but that could be bartered off to the DSE, nothing the Warthog division can't handle.
