Nightfall's feedback on fighters: thanks, that was MUCH appreciated. Although I don't understand how could you not notice Manta change, it should have less maneuverability than Nepthys, and Nepthys no less than heavy fighters of houses.
As for Raider... it's a heavy fighter now.
Liberty Cruiser forward gun has its refire reduced, so damage increase isn't that significant.
So the refire for the forward gun has gone down from 0.33?
Why?
A lone cruiser still can't take out a BS.
Plus with it's original refire rate you could get two or three inferno shots off before it'd fire a second time.
With fighter support to get in close and distract a BS the liberty cruiser should be able to beat it in a ranged fight, admittedly it'd take quite awhile to get through the BS shield and probably even longer to destroy it.
Whereas the other cruisers have to gang up in groups of two or three to have a chance of beating a BS before it destroys them because they aren't designed for taking out BS's.
A lone cruiser is not supposed to take on a BS.
What is the point of a 500m BS if a 100m CR can beat it.
No. Cruisers should be able to defeat something bigger than a cruiser if grouped with another ship.

(Really, I speak terrible English, so please, tell me if I make mistakes. I'd like to improve it a bit )
I know that, plus last time I checked the range of the cruiser forward gun is roughly 2.5k, 500m more then BS razors and infernos, which is what I meant by a ranged fight.
The lib cruiser trys to stay 2k away and shoots at the BS, like a sniper, while the fighters keep the BS occupied.
Besides which you have to be in cockpit view to aim properly with the lib cruiser's forward gun, otherwise you either shoot too low or too high.
EDIT:
Nevermind, finally got on to have a look at the changes...
Wow, give me a BS to shoot at!
As for the skyblast B's, I can live with them like that, the kraken and wrym class 9's however, why alter them?
More people use the salamancas then they do outcast guns.
Ooh... Beta 3, eh? Looks promising... 4.82 is shaping up to be awesome. But when you say that players can choose their starting credits, do you mean that players will get to start out with as many credits as they want? Isn't that a bit... unbalanced? I'm pretty sure there's something I'm not understanding there.
EDIT: Oh, nevermind. I see that that's a server option, not a client option. Okay, that makes sense.

Lol yes. Beta three is really cool and I like being able to see the trade lanes from 25 kilometres away! The weird thing about that though, is that you can click on the trade lanes from across the system!
I was in New Berlin at Kreugsburg station (junker base) and I saw that my cursor was red. I left clicked and I selected a NEw berlin to Something or other border station trade lane! It was 97K away from me. Thats my only complaint so far.
An odd one for your perusal, the waypoint showing there at point 2 was switching about
to the sun and back. Rather fast to catch it in both positions.
Kane and Marauder experienced the same situation in the group, and they were in New
Berlin. The mission originated in Omega 15 from the Battleship Schwerin.
