Subject: Combat Patrol in two parts.

Upon my Earlier patrol I was lucky to end up working with the Admiral. After inspecting several craft we detected and intercepted a Hessian who seemed to go by the moniker of "Nez", who piloted a Thor Bomber, after attempting to place him under arrest, which he was... stalling... with we were confronted by a Unioner, Dieter Lutz who worked to provoke a confrontation.

Unfortunately the Hessian refused to co-operate and stalled as the Admiral confronted the Unioner provoking an engagment. After refusing to comply with a lawful order I opened fire upon the Hessian, in the ensuing combat both "Nez" and "Dieter Lutz" were destroyed with some damage to my vessel. Regrettably the escape pods weren't found and are presumed recovered by their foul brethren.

After which we engaged in a relatively peaceful patrol, a few Unioners and Hessians were eliminated without warning due to firing upon us.

Later on, after a rest period back on Hamburg I returned and the Admiral assigned me to a patrol group with Hauptgefreiter Bjorn Chezberger and Gefreiter Jens Schmidt. The patrol took us through New Berlin from Hamburg, there is little of note to report before we headed through to Stuttgart, there was a minor encounter with Hessians before we made a run to Dresden through Omega 54, Omega 11 and return. There were some minor Hessian and Unioner encounters that were silenced with minimum difficulty. After which we travelled to the Guard system where I received some flying and combat lessons. I have further to go than I thought!

Unfortunatley due to problems with my flight recorder this report is missing most of the details I would normally include, I have spoke with the technicians and they assure me it won't happen again. Twenty credits says they're full of it.

Jens Schmidt was sitting thoughtful in the ready room, knowing the decision about his promotion must have been alredy made.

"Gefreiter Schmidt!" echoed through the room.

A tall Feldwebel was filling out the whole door, while standing in it.

"Unglaublich. GEFREITER SCHMIDT, REPORT!" the Feldwebel yelled with an impending voice.

Jens Schmidt jumped off his chair.

About time Gefreiter, I was about to throw this into the next trashbin!

The angry Feldwebel rushed out of the doorway. Seemed he got interrupted between something important he was doing, when the order to deliver a letter arrived.

Jens Schmidt opened the letter :

High Command was able to make a decision regarding your promotion request from the 07|19|817A.S.
Your qualifications show that you are ready to obtain more responsibilities and are able to uphold Rheinland Military standards.
Gefreiter Jens Schmidt is hereby promoted to Hauptgefreiter.

Today was an eventful day.

I began my patrol on planet Stuttgart. The skies were clear, and I took off. When I got to orbit, I proceeded to Planet Baden Baden. The area was clear. Guncam 001. On my return trip to Planet Stuttgart, I encountered a Red Hessian. As soon as I drew near, he fled. Guncam 002. I pursued, but he escaped. My sensors must have been damaged during take-off. I switched my Wraith for a Snubnose bomber, and continued my patrol. Upon taking off from planet Stuttgart, I did a sensor sweep for a test, no hostile contacts were detected within a 10K radius. Guncam 003. I continued my patrol into New Berlin, with no hostiles. Guncam 004A passing Trader gave me a tip about a Hessian presence near New Berlin, I did a sweep but I came up empty. Guncam 005. I did a sweep around the trade lanes, and I discovered a Hessian gunboat. I pursued it to another tradelane, unfortunately he had backup waiting. I got scans of their ships and IDs - I was heavily outgunned.

At this point, I would like to apologize to High Command for using resources. I knew the odds were terrible, but I engaged all the same, without backup. However, while I waited, innocent civilians were being robbed, murdered, and terrorized while I waited, and I could not help myself. I engaged. 2 of the Gunboats hung back and continued to terrorize innocents, while another engaged me. A while into the fight, a DHC escort came and assisted me in the fight. I believe he was piloting an Eagle, I never got time for a scan. My guncam malfunctioned at this point - I only got brief glimpses recorded of the fight. We managed to destroy 1 fighter. Now included are the glimpses from my guncam, including the picture of the destroyed fighter.

My snubnose sustained heavy damage, but luckily we were able to later tow the chassis to Oder shipyard. It is undergoing a refit at the moment. Again, my apologies for engaging without backup, but I could not stand by vhile innocent civillians were being terrorized by the Hessians.

Greetings, this is Klaus Fischer, reporting on a training session and small patrol.

Tonight, I was sitting in Orbit of New Berlin. I was talking over my experience with the Hessians with Lt. Viktor Zirzow. When he was conversing with an Admiral, I did a quick sweep of the Dark side of New Berlin, and its moon, I found no hostile contacts. I returned to Herr Lt., just as the Admiral was tucking in for the night. We chatted a while, and I asked him if he could help me in the combat simulator on New Berlin. We fought, and I lost. We spent the next while talking about strategies on 1 v 1 combat, VHF vs Snubnose. He then told me a recommended bomber loadout, I acquired it, and he tucked in for the night.

Admiral Malte stopped Flieger Auros Einheld on his way to to the landingpads.

"FLIEGER EINHELD!"she shouted.

The Flieger stopped with every motion, thinking of everything he might could have screwed up in the timespan of an hour.

"I think you forgot something mein Herr."the Admiral said with a smile and handed him the Gefreiter
badges.

"Keep up your good work mein sohn and now get out there and make all Rheinlanders proud."

I took off from the planet when the admiral assigned me to "show around" our newest Soldat Herr Auros Einheld.
I began by Showing him how to patrol the borders of hamburg and scan vessels for contraband and embargo runners.
We did not have to wait long for the first one to arrive.

"Transporter" Was Asked to cut his engines and wait for scans, He complied with the request and stopped awaiting farther orders. The scan indicated 2,500 Units of synthetic marijuana and 1,000 Units of medicinal herbs... Seems he tried to smuggle some drugs along with those Herbs, He was very co-operative and dropped his contraband for destruction... He was warned and released.

Mercutio was spotted exiting the trade lane from Alaster shipyard heading towards liberty.
He was halted and scanned, after confirming his story and the papers he had on board he was released to head and deliver it to the Freeport Two in the Bering System (distributed to the Rogues which aid us in the war).

Deep-][-Space-][-Trader coming from the same trade lane as Mr.Mercutio was asked to halt as well, but we did not receive same Co-Operation as from herr Mercutio.
After many attempts Hailing his vessel I Ordered to drop his shields and try Comm. systems again.
It was successful the trader has stopped, Once his comm systems went online i was not sure if it was the right choice anymore.
Insulting and disrespecting Myself and Herr Jens (He joined us by that time) and Auros.
At some point it seemed i Value his life more than he himself values it, After a long argument and many insults after he complied and landed on the planet to unload his cargo.. "How lucky he is that i was in a good mood"

Before leaving on our patrol i briefed the Soldats about the dangers that we might encounter on our patrol Auros was listening to every word (seeing how it was his first patrol he was very enthusiastic).
once ready we left planet Hamburg and began our patrol.
We arrived to a Quiet New Berlin.. I ordered Gefrieter Jens to split and head to the Planet patroling the lanes and meeting us at the Brandenburg Border station while we head to bonn station, When arrived to bonn herr Auros recieved the Green light to head to Stuttgart gate.

We meet at Brandenburg as planned and went on our patrol to the Dresden system, meanwhile Auros was telling me about himself and his family and i was "showing him around" Explaining what i learned not so long ago.
Showing him bases and landmarks along the way.

Dresden was clear and i decided to show him the southern border of Rheinholdt Omega-15...
I explained that the Battleship stationed in Omega-15 is as far as he allowed to go.
Than we returned to Dresden and went to Omega-11 from there to Stuttgart and back to New Berlin, In New Berlin we meet Synth.Foods|Riverside from my previous report.

I asked the Captain how is he feeling after the Attack of the LWB on him and his crew, He was very pleased to see me well.. When he last saw me i was surrounded by Many LWB pilots... What i did not know by the time i arrived there couple of his VIP's were already kidnapped. I told him to contact the Local authority and our diplomatic office to get assistance in the negotiation of the release of those people.

We returned to dry dock and went to rest.

Fliger Auros Einheld left a very good impression in my mind, It would be an honor to fly alongside with him again.
Jens is always in his best form and I always feel safer Having him around me as well.

"Herr Fischer, I am not responsible for taking the promotion requests mein Herr, fill the form and hand it in to the responsible office. I did it this time for you mein Herr. There it will be handed to the Admiralty with the pilots documents and bios."

Your handed it promotion request was dealt with accordingly.
High Command and the Admiralty decided that Flieger Fischer fulfilled every needed qualification for the rank Gefreiter.
Flieger Fischer is hereby promoted to the rank of Gefreiter.

Congratulations Gefreiter Fischer.
Your new rank badges will be handed out by your Flight Group Leader.

Subject: Combat Patrol

The Patrol was fairly standard with some exception that I will note below. (//Due to the browser crashing and killing my original, two page long, post.)

First of all is the repeated attempts by a pilot by the name of Amset to breach the blockade, and constant refusal to obey orders by myself. Whenever approached he ran towards, and landed on the planet before running back deeper into Rheinland to escape to return not much later trying to do it again. I suggest this pilot be watched closely.

The next Incident of note was a Hessian vessel with the tag "RHA", I do not know the exact details but Hauptgefreiter Chezburg and another vessel engaged and destroyed it.

The third incident occured after our return from a patrol to see a classified facility in *omitted due to security reasons* A Hessian gunboat going by the moniker "ave" the vessel RNC Prometheus had to be called off as being too excessive while the Hauptgefreiter, myself and another pilot engaged and destroyed the gunboat. My guncamera doesn't show clearly who fired the fatal shot.

The fourth, and most significant, incident happened not long after that. A Unioner vessel threatened us after harassing nearby lanes and traders. The Hauptgefreiter, myself and a John Devoy went out to investigate, after a second unioner vessel arrived we engaged in combat, despite fighting valiantly John was destroyed, I am unaware as to the fate of his escape pod, shortly after that the Hauptgefreiter succumbed to their firepower, I tractored in his pod immediately before they could fire upon it too, for the next three or four minutes, perhaps longer, I held my own against the two unioners taking the lessons the Hauptgefreiter had taught me not two nights afore to heart managing to reduce their shields on a couple of occassions and sustain minimal damage myself, reinforcements arrived in the form of Obergefreiter Otto Weddigen, he managed to destroy one of the two vessels. I beleive I may have killed the other though my gun-cam registers it as a self kill due to a launched mine that I detonated with a well-timed Cruise disruptor missile. I cannot say conclusively or confidently of this however.

After this I returned to Hamburg where I landed to refuel, rearm and repair what damage had been done as well as release the Hauptgefreiter from the cramped confines of his escape pod and my cargo hold. However after returning to space the hull was doing things it definately shouldn't have so I sought the Hauptgefreiters authorisation to suspend my patrol and give the technicians time to examine and conduct a thorough maintenance of my vessel. As such my report ends here.

I took off to sounds of alarms, When i got into orbit around Hamburg's atmosphere i saw two IMG capital vessels on scanners.

apparently The captain of the RNC-Leutenant.Sina arrested the Crew of "barragard's_Bar" and confiscated the ship.
Captain Radclyffe of the Dolomite introduced himself and began demanding the release of his vessel and his crew on the bar.
He was told many times to stay away from the planet and bases, But he kept demanding and threatening that it will escalate unless his demands will be met.
I ordered to open fire.
The Gunboat was destroyed first, I hailed Dolomite again Asking if he is willing to surrender and be arrested for the crimes he already committed.
He was not responsive.. Only laughter of a crazy man was heard through his comm system.
When his hull was already failing "Dolomite" Hailed me saying its Captain herris on board and confused of why there was an unprovoked attack on his vessel.
I ordered a Cease fire and Told him to lower his shields and let us arrest Captain Radclyffe that was responsible for the hostile activities against Rheinland.

He complied and i sent Schmidt and Brandt to go inside and capture Radclyffe.
Once they landed their vessels Herris locked the bays and sent man to capture both of my soldats.
What happened next is similar to 21 century old earth action movies.
heroic man did heroic things on board Dolomite... I am sure they will remember this day for a while,when they managed to escape the Dolomite was blown into pieces, but we could not find the pods of either Herris nor Radclyffe

today we initiated a grand patrol through Rheinland, in order to find possible new recruits. The applicants Vrabcek and John Devoy followed this call and joined this patrol.

We encountered a pirate in New Berlin. Too bad that Corsairs must harass traders there:
