*** We at Cryer are prepared to continue these aid drops whenever possible, and I personally hope that this shows our zeal for diplomatic relations to go smoothly.
We may come to some agreements in the future. But for now, we may set the few next days as a trial for these agreements.
The corsair laws grant your ships a docking right in any of our bases given the fact you claim your presence in our systems and wait for a cargo scan when requested. You may also focus on Leon for your pharmaceutical shipments, the radiations of Omega 41 makes your products more necessary than anywhere else.
Any of your pilots flying for these shipments will be exempted of any taxes in the whole corsair space.
We will let you know later about few contracts we may rely on for our next diplomacy discussions.

As I came on shift today I was instructed to drop off a load of pharmaceuticals to Leon Base in the interest of cooperation with the Black Sails. I contacted the first member I found, and was eventually forwarded on to someone in charge. I filled my ship with pharmaceuticals from Atka, and proceeded to Freeport 5 to wait for further instruction.
I was given permission to dock by Black.Sails and proceeded to offload my cargo at Leon Base, and returned again to Atka to continue my normal work day.

I can confirm being contacted by a Cryer pilot when I was roaming the Omegas.
My mood immediately got better, knowing that the beautiful, but deadly, neutron star will no longer have such huge negative impact on our hermanos patroling Omega 41, one of my favourite systems in Corsair space.
I will leave Cryer tagged vessels alone, until medication shipments stop arriving.

Another drop at Leon: Approach At Leon Delivered Exit
We did inform one of your pilots at the time; Tony'|Sails ; who seemed perturbed: hopefully due in some part to battling with outcast scum near the time. I hope that your brothers at Leon benefit from the aid delivered.
Our efforts at establishing a written document we could both sign are slow with a recent event we can't say so much about right now. For now our diplomacy is not evolving before our internal problems aren't solved.
I told all my mens not to stop for more than the time required for a cargo scan.
Given the fact you ain't hauling dis-pleasant stuff by our space, you should not see your convoys altered that much by our mens.
