Dear HMS-Royal.Soverign

Greetings all whos reading this thread!

I had an affair with a battleship called HMS-Royal.Soverign.
I'd like to see post their oppinion from all who was involved in the conflict (~8 players).
Let me clear the things here: I don't want the captain of the battleship sanctioned, deleted, banned, hes license removed.
The incident: I was moving off from H4 minefield in dublin, whit my salvager: Killingspree. I was being chased by pirates. My wingman, VPS-Edge_II and I started to engage the hostiles. They took my ship almost totally out. And then I payed them the tax and they let me live. This isnt that interesting. then I flew back to Essex to refill my bots/bats and repair, then suddenly Our fellow Soverign appeared. I was standing in front of him and with no warning, he took my ship into pieces whitout asking which was loaded full of gold ore. He tractored in what he could. He was fair at this part, but he only could tractor 1400 cargo for me. The rest was destroyed by the 3-4 pirate vhfs and the 3-4 opposing bhg/BAF forces. I warned hm to give my cargo back, he complyed. I Asked him to pay off my 30mill which is my lost cargo's price, he refused, with the reason: I was standing in the middle of the battlefield. Now that dose it for me. I want that 30mill from the captain. The kill what he did on me was an INTENDED and IMMIDIATE destruction of my TRANSPORT which is totally ILLEGAL. (I took 2 razor shots, needless to say it took me into pieces) Anyways Killingspree, my salvager is in friendship of Miner.johnson, Eagle002 whom are mining ore for me with a rgood price, so I couldnt be considered as a threat. He couldnt know that. Sure. Okay then, I didnt even fire with a turret, now that could ring a bell for him. Aight, admins, please warn fellow Royal.Soverign that he must pay off my loss orelse! Orelse? I dont care about it, I just care about that 30mill lost. Really. I dont want Sovering to be sanctioned in anyways, however he shouldnt be participating in the fight in any ways, because the enemy was ~4 VHFs, the opposing forces was enough to take them. So heres the thing: he pays me off and all will be cool. ( I will forget about the NO ASKING OF A WORD SHOOTING OUT of me, and everything what happened. On the other hand: Battleships cant attack aint noone witjout proper rp, which not happened...)

So all I ask is to discover, what really happened with the rest of the ore (probably got destroyed in a firefight), then to make it being understanded like real-life: if you go in a bar, order a glass of beer, drink the half you wont really start punch the guy next to you without no words. Probably the bartender wont give you an other glass of bier... (Understand the bartender as admins here).

Thanks for reading, and whoever posts here from the involved persons, admins and for Soverign to give my half cargo back, needless to say, he only did half job with the conpensation.
