The following ships are under my command in order of size:
[SF]-SFBS-Sierra
[SF]-SFMF-Horizon
[SF]-SFGB-Tempest
[SF]-SFDS-Askari - Probationary Status Pending
[SF]-SFT-Hyperwave - Name Change Status Pending
[SF]-SFF-Thames
(OOC: Well, I've decided that it is ironic that I am considering dropping down to one account in comparison to the extension by Firebird. I've rarely played Askari, so I plan on eliminating that account completely. Also, my trader may receive a new name at some point as I've decided that the current name is against RP.)

Retired A very big thanks to Dark Oddity who put my signature pic together
I'm not really active, due to computer problems, but I have a Templar,
[SF]-SFF-BestFlyerHere
and I plan to make a GB if possible when i fix my computer.
I am a long-absent Supreme Commander, Executive Commander, Grand Admiral, Fleet Admiral, and Captain in the mighty Hellfire Legion. I have returned, and am on an urgent mission from Drake Thastus to return the Legion to its former glory, and to claim the galaxy for its own. Only then will I be able to rest.
RP Story (Still deciding whether or not to finish)

It has come to my attention that SA ships have been scanning people outside SA jurisdiction, asking people out of systems that are not from the SA, and also taking cargo and attacking without provocation.
That, to my eyes, has a name. Piracy. And it is something that a lawful faction cannot do.
I would like to know, if these facts are proved true, what the SF will do if we go to war with the SA?
Will you stay neutral, or will you support a pirate faction?
We do not seek more conflict with the SF in any form. We have been in so many wars between us, that starting a new one would be madness.
If a war begins, it will be against the SA. We do not wish to fight the SF, but if you enter the war as their allies, we will be forced to.
(If you find any mistake in my English, please let me know via a PM)
(Really, I speak terrible English, so please, tell me if I make mistakes. I'd like to improve it a bit )

The SF will look at the facts and decide if the AW are acting against piracy or acting to incite war in Sirius. Both Liberty and Bretonia may not own Megellan but it is patrolled by Bretonian and Liberty ships near the jump-gates. If said cargo is of an illegal nature, both SA and SF have an ability and duty to confiscate it when encountered (OOC: in the exact same way the NPCs do it). So my inclination on that charge is that it is another bull attempt to justify another AW war.
Now for the SA's request for ships to leave Megelllan that was beyond their jurisdiction and they have apologized for it to the faction that does have majority jurisdiction within that system, the IMG of Freeport 4.
The SF has heritage ties to Liberty, we will offer them support in the event that AW initiates a war against them without better provocation.

OOC: Can we somehow keep this to one thread, since it is an SA affair, lets keep the discussion to one of their posts so everything is in one spot.
K change of subject...we have another new member joining the ranks of the SF. I'm pleased to welcome Ghidora to our group who will be starting off with the customary fighter char. Feel free to make your way to Cambridge Research Station after your patrols for a bite to eat and a free round off the Admiralty.
(OOC: Its actually an SA and SF issue, as both parties attacked our ship.)

If we were to look for justification for a war, we would have plenty already, without need of an SF attack. If we were to look for a war, why would we stop and say only that you cease any and all hostilities with us and we would do the same. I think many will find our terms easy for anyone looking to avoid the war. Perhaps the claims you make are from your own actions and plans?
I await identification of the SF vessel involved in the incident described so that proper action can be taken.

Any SF member firing on AW can consider themselves dismissed from the SF and they'll be acting beyond my control. If AW is found committing illegal activity during this time, screenshot it and report it here but take no action.

OOC: SF members, PM me your thoughts regarding the situation with AW and suggestions on what you want done.
1) War assisting Liberty <-- RP-wise would fit
2) Non-involvement <-- my preferred
3) Admin impossed AW/SF cease fire <-- what might be necessary
4) Other

The order for SF members NOT to attack AW stands. And will remain so for the foreseeable future. This is the second time events such as these have occured and I'll grant the first has been debated at length already. It is hoped that the leadership of AW next time obtains the full facts regarding an incident prior to making public accusations.

OOC: And people wonder why both the SF and SA asked for the details. THIS IS WHY.
