Desecheo Base: The First line of defense agaisnt foriegn intrusion. It is also the point where all in-coming pirate ships must stop and be checked before proceeding into the homebase of almost all illegal actions taken in Liberty. Ships are brought here from Vieques Shipyards to be disributed

Vieques Shipyards: You want to know where the pirates get all their fighters from? Then Look no futher then Vieques Shipyard. This expansive facility is where the Junkers bring raw Materials from Culebra Smelter to be made into the ships pirates use to terrorist Liberty. The Junkers craft even the most un-usable peice of Material into a working craft, and some of the pirates capital ships have been here for repairs and refits. Finnished ships are then sent to Desecheo Base for Distripution

Culebra Smelter: This is the main centre and heart of Junker life. Useless bits and peices from all over the Sirius Sector are brought to this place to be melted down and turned into parts for ships. Parts are then sent to the Vieques shipyards for ship construction. The Junkers also maintain a Fleet of mining Vessels which they use to collect the Junker drifting near the Puerto Rican Rift. A prospective person may use this base a Start point for looting the Liberty fleet floating near the rift, but this is a dangerous Task. Liberty Pilots dread this place, because 90% of all capture Liberty men end up here, sort of as a punnishment for Sugarland, or so they beleive

Planet Mona: A large Gas Giant with little value. Exploration attempts all ended in Failure
Planet Caja de Muertos: A Small Rocky world comprising of nothing more then ash and rock. It is caught in the Gravitiy of the Puerto Rican Rift and will probably be sucked in in the next 1000 years.
Monito Outpost: A small Base designed to watch over the Passing of TRafic into the Humbolt System. Not much happens at this system, but Lane HAcker and Unioner Ships are required to stop here for inspection before heading through Puerto Rico
Cerro de Punta Feild: A Dangerous feild in which the Texas Jump Hole is located. Multiple weapon platforms are scattered through-out the field to discourage anyone who might come in with hostile intetions, if the radiation wasn't already enough.
El Yunque Feild: Another radiation fraught section of Puerto Rico. This section is largly un-inhabited and the Junkers tend to avoid it. There is a mystery about this place, as those who enter, usually don't come back.
Igiss, I need an exeption on this thing. The Junker Guard will have 2 nebulas and 1 will have somethings in it. Plus, there will be a black hole. I need an exeption.
Oh great I already put the black hole in so much work for nothing!
Commodor My i sujest that u put some sort of light sorce in because your systems dont have a lightsocre, I meen that A lightsorce as in the sun reflecting of a bace or something

There will NOT be a black hole. If you want, you can add a black star with rings, Omega style. I've got enough dealing with one black hole that was already added: seemingly causing server errors, and displaying incorrectly. If the assumption about server errors will prove true, I'll even have to remove the first black hole (sorry Nightfall, but that might be necessary).
And I have to repeat my recommendation that you should address Dab or Nightfall for creating the new systems. Commodore might submit systems, like everyone else, but if the submission rules will be severely violated I will have to reject, regardless of amount of effort put in the concept. With Dab or Nightfall who already made submissions, risk of being rejected is very near zero.
One more thing. 4.83 will not have any more new systems. All sysems being created right now will be included into the version that will follow 4.83. Months will pass, and you don't need to rush anything.
*Sigh* Dangit, I was almost done fixing the bugs of Virginia..

Virginia has a military ice base
Omicron-80 (or whatever it is changed to) has an extensive Outcast-Zoner shipyard, and a few other oddities.
The Kusari system, I'm hoping to make a large commerce center, much like Augsburg in Munich, but different layout.
If I finish all these before 4.84, I'll make a new Tau system as well (not guard)

Dab, please use Omicron-64 (EW10) instead of Omicron-80. I've created the system for you to edit, and I hope you'll do something good about it.
Also, you can submit Virginia if everything will be 100% ready and if the submission will 100% match the rules. But not otherwise, for I'll have little time to fix things.
