Kyte, Xavier, as far as piracy in Baffin, it is forbidden. If one offends, you may kill them on the spot. If they run, chase them as long as you like. Matok chased Capone right into Kyushu where he popped him.
I'm getting a little tired of people picking at us thinking we're pacifists. Since diplomacy doesn't work with pirates, I'm all for a more aggressive stance with them.
I guess it's a round-a-bout way of saying "I'm sick of pirates, especially within our borders."
Kyte, the MM aren't really contracted to watch our home system. They are allowed in to visit Pueblo. As a guest, they must respect Baffin law to include looking the other way with the many smugglers passing through. They have been most helpful in dealing with those who endanger us elsewhere. Punisher learned that the hard way!

"These came for you, Sir," said the young messenger, handing him some folded clothes.
He tipped the messenger and closed the door to his office.
"What is this?" he asked, opening the folded clothing. He saw the name tag, Charlie Koskinen. It was then he realized that Charlie had left.
Saddened, he placed the robes over a chair and sat down. John was hurt but he understood. Charlie was right. Things were changing. Unable to sleep, John Holliday sat in his office, deep in though, nursing a glass of wine.

It is time to pass the hat 'round once again. For our continued purpose, let us all agree to a marginal donation of 50 tons of Flax for each TAZ member, for the cause! Eris shines upon us all, so let us share our blessings!!!
Both [TAZ]Kyte and [TAZ]Chaosgirl's.Pride are able to recieve said funds, with a quick PM to me, to let me know who and when. I'll distribute the funds over our Freebird accounts to ensure we have a nice solid holding for future endeavors.
If we could accomplish this by next week's end, I am confident that this won't put a damper on all of our current operations. Shiney?

In light of today's "incident" (i.e.: impromptu whissing match) between one of our own and one of LN's officers, we will indeed be staying away from Liberty for the time being. No trading, no escorting of Zoner vessels, no nada. And, if I find that any TAZ has entered Liberty without my prior authorization, the offending Pope will be hung upside down on the Cross of Lilith Velkor and taunted to tears. Are we crystal?

Mal, it's been a pleasure to hold-down-the-fort while you have been on sabbatical and of course I will continue with my ambassador's duties. You can expect a report on some of the things you should be aware of.
Don't worry about Med.Force.One. I have a full medical staff on board so I don't need to be with it everyday. Commander Haddock and my chief medical officer, Dr. Tesh, have it well in hand when I'm not around.
Liberty space. Now, this may create some issue. I want the name of the offender(s.) If it's who I think it may be, I want their robes. This suspension has ruined a big trading route of mine.
Kyte, I will be making a donation for us. Tell me which ship you would rather have it in. Rather than paying back the Temple Fund the 200 million that I owe, I will pass it along to you. I have 100 mill of that on hand, the rest shouldn't be too far behind. FYI, I borrowed it to pay off the final construction of Med.Force.One.
