The Hellfire Legion have been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 22/01/01 for:

6.2 Ship and equipment used must match tag and ID as closely as possible.

Consequences: All inappropriate ships are now stored in the docking bays in bastille

Notes: The Liberty Navy Vessels you have procured over the years have never been spec requested, why? We've asked the various leaders to do this. As a result they are all now in jail. Come talk to us about it. This also applies to the osiris.

I'll file a spec req to get them unjailed as soon as I can. It would've been nice if some of the various members of the admin team I know had informed me that this needed to be done.

I find it rather odd that ships whos RP is older than my playtime on Discovery are now being sanctioned.

Past that, the Legion's base roleplay is that of an ex-Liberty Navy group.

This is my fault. I feel like a total and complete arse for filing this report, as when I had submitted it, it was presently against an idiot lolboat.

I saw Capt.James.Mikhal (his current name) as an ID/IFF - less Liberty Gunboat with just the forward gun. As he did not answer my questions, I fired a warning shot, which seemed to wake him up. A bit of silent chasing led to.. Well, me PM-ing him, and we had a brief quarrel. However, at no point, did he mention the Hellfire.

If I could revoke this sanction somehow, I would. So I'm just gonna say:

Right. I'm here to ask three questions.

Is there any chance in hell that the story Denelo specifically requested to be backed up in this thread could be retrieved?

If not, could I request to have the ship changed to a Liberty Navy Guard ID and IFF?

The third, more important question that I've yet to receive an answer on from any administrator is why these ships were just jailed recently if you did ask Gurjiv and Ross to file SRPs for them in the past. As leader of the Hellfire Legion I believe I have a right to know.

Edit: To clarify, I'm talking about the Goldenflame here. Not the Last Sunrise.
