I have always and will forever continue to use a BWT. Not so much for the armor and armament but for the fact that you don't need a ZG ID and therefore aren't as restricted in it. Mine has served me well. It has the wear and tear on it to prove it. Faded paint and dings from asteroids!
I am thinking of starting up trading. What ship should I use?
I need:
Decent cargo hold
Plenty of defence
I am thinking about the BWT, but funds will be a challenge.
23's.

Hello Annette,
I have to agree with Doc on the BWT. Pound for Pound a fine ship. Not only can it navigate thru the rocks, but it has a generous cargo hold and defense turrets aren't to shabby either. I know quite a few traders that use the BWT. I prefer my Zwhale, but then I'm not much on weapons, like my sister Fyre. Also, you'll be able to fly in to areas that I tend to avoid in my 'Tadpole' Another thought is the Kusari Container transport. Nice armor, hold AND guns. Hope this helps...

Re: Your bloody order!
Now, was that two dozen pineapple-rhubarb for the Temple, and three dozen coconut creme for Shasta?? If so, I'll have to send more urchins out to harvest coconuts.. I'm a bit short at the moment.
Delivery in two days, you hogs. Jeez, eat some protein, too.
(Reggie.. can I hire more help for the Bakery? Smoochies!)

Hey, Reggie, I have some flax for you. Remember that shipment of wine? I sold it today for a hefty sum and since we worked that deal together, I think you deserve some of that.
And Kyte, it's good to have you back around again. You may want to have Fyre find Matok. He keeps asking for her.

Ambassador's Ark was moored at Reunion Station in the Orkney system as Ambassador Holliday had a meeting with a guest aboard station. As he waited, his crew mingled with the staff and enjoyed a meal.
For one man in particular, Claude Bonally, it was redemption. He once worked for EFL under the thumb of the Gallic Royals and after the way to Sirius was cleared, he found his way first to Reunion in a transport and then finally into Sirius. It was his first trip so close to his old home and while he was nervous, he hid it well.
As he paced the bar, he saw a sign on the bulletin board:
He took it down and brought it to the bartender.
"Excuse em moi, Monsieur," he asked, "may I take this?"
The bartender was curious, "if you like but please, Monsieur, put that one back and take one of these."
The bartender put a small pile of them on the bar, "I have been making copies to spread." He then noticed his TAZ insignia. Looking around the room, he said quietly, "I recognize you as Gallic but working for Zoners. Do me a favor, Monsieur, please, take these into Sirius. Spread the word. Post them wherever you go."
Claude took the pile as requested and quietly went to his ship where he locked them into an onboard vault. He returned as if nothing had ever happened.
"Bonjour, Monsieur," he said to the bartender, "Scotch, please."
The posters were soon to be found all over Sirius.

Oi! I'm hemhorragin' flax here, Kyte. I don't even have the bleedin' curtains hung at the Veranda yet, 'n Reggie will spank me rosey if I don't have the place ready for our Open House!
Let's get this nasty stuff delivered, so we can get on with it, eh?
Rumors of my departure have been greatly exaggerated.

Delighted to hear that, Pope Anette. It's always nice to have primates of the feminine persuation around. Makes doing the seating charts for our Temple dinners much more enjoyable.
Hopefully, our records are current, and you have the new fire-retardant robes, eh?
I have purchased a BWT (With help from Doc) and am trading to get the required funds for a name change. I have no ideas for a name yet, but one will ocme to me.
