It just so happens that the LSF is interested in joint operations in Rheinland.

What exactly is it you are proposing? More importantly, what do you want from the LSF?

I would like to start by saying I think we can both benefit greatly from this proposal, glory and better yet victory is almost a certain result of what I have planned here. Now to the point, three days ago we captured a Rheinland Cruiser that invaded our territory. After a long discussion with the captain he agreed to give us the codes to operate his ship for the safe return to him and his crew.

While I would want such a ugly and useless piece of technology serving beside the Washington in battle I am willing to transfer the prize into your lovely hands. Now I ain't no damn spy but I think a Rheinland Cruiser would be perfect for covert operations within Rheinland itself and more importantly for gathering Intel for what I am calling Operation "Texan Holdup".

It is not news that I have had certain issues with the LSF but putting those differences aside I know that when it comes to your type of work you are the best. The LNS Washington is currently in orbit around Houston, I invite you to come aboard and have dinner with the senior staff of my Armada. There we can discuss my plans further as i don't trust the security of the Neural Net.

I look forward to meeting you Miss Clearwater, feel free to invite other members of the LSF if you feel the need.

How you managed to capture such a craft without the LSF knowing is cause for concern. We will address that later.

I will not be attending in person, however, an agent will be sent. When we have ascertained what exactly your plans are, we will proceed in our discussions.

Your concern is unwarranted as I did file a report on the matter a few days after it happened, and assumed the mighty LSF would be informed. Well that doesn't matter, what does matter is that I will be transferring the damned thing into your hands. She'll need a complete refit but she was surrendered with the command codes from the Captain. Unfortunately all the weapons and logistic information on the computers were wiped, though I still think the ship is a fine prize. I will inform the members of the Armada to expect you and another.

What's this business?

-Wilkins reads and listens to the previous statements and reviews. Sitting back in his chair he looks at the amount of work he has. One of which was a request to gather conclusions from RM tech and counter whichever strong point they have with something R&D can provide for not just the LSF but too The Navy. The data that actually having a whole vessel and not a mangled scraps of one is vital. Though using it as operations in the LSF beyond research would be very dangerous and most likely prove inconclusive. But as willing to try it, Wilkins has set aside a team of interns to help him with this project-

I am Dr. J-Wilkins R&D Head master and a dear friend to a good meal!
