Let's see - you get pirated, you die, you hop onto your OOC ship that's handy to re-engage, and you also try to do some back room moving of monies around just in case we sanction the ships on this account - which we're going to do. I think that pretty much covers it.
Quote:3.3 Out-of-character (OOC) chat must not be used in system or local chat. OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time.
5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) until four hours have passed from the time of his/her destruction.
If the player respawns in the same system, he/she must leave the system within 10 minutes of his destruction without attacking anyone, except in self-defense. Other players are not allowed to attack one who is leaving.
Transports/Freighters/Liners which have been killed in a PvP fight may return to the system in which they were destroyed but only for purposes of moving through the system or for trade within that system. They may only act in a purely defensive manner and may not resume acts of piracy.
5.8 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not attack the enemy (player or players involved in the death) with any of the characters on his/her account(s) for 4 hours. Self-killing during a PvP fight is counted as a normal PvP death.
6.2 Ship and equipment used must match tag and ID as closely as possible.
All characters using mismatched ID/Ship/Weapon combinations must possess either an Admin granted Terrorist ID or a Special Operative ID.
6.10 Player reputation and conduct must match player actions. For instance a player may not dock on a base belonging to the persons whom they are attacking or being attacked by.
Consequences: Well, where do I start...
LNS-Komar is in jail, with the offending guns stripped and his paltry bank account gone.
Puszkin had his guns stripped, and his paltry bank account gone.
Patrico - he's in jail now, since recruits can't have transports.
Sztywniak - was deleted. No Harvester drone with Corsair ID for you...
Oh, and since all the funds went to Totto - the cargo hold AND that bank account are now gone
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban.

You breaking server rules is not fair on every other single player here who follows them. You got caught, and
tried to duck the consequences. I suggest you re-evaluate your interpretation of the word 'Fair' ...

The Admin Toolbox has various things in it to see who is doing what.
As for our authority under the rules ...
Quote:1.2 Server administrators will impose sanctions on players for violating server rules and for any actions that harm server gameplay.
As you said, the character who broke the rules gave Totto 170 million. It is well established with precedent that when funds are sent to other characters to avoid confiscation that, under the co-mingling of funds provision, that we ... take what is necessary. The total amount of fines, based upon the rules that were broken, was enough that we would have been within our guidelines and authority for deleting all of the ships on ALL of your accounts.
You break enough rules, we have no compunctions against turning billions of credits of ships in starfliers. You receive funds that have been forfeited, you lose them. And since you specifically said that all your characters were cleaned, that does to indicate that you have multiple accounts here, doesn't it?
