My name is Richard Coleman, unfortunately I have to inform you that mister McDonald has resigned from his position as CEO of Gateway Interstellar and assigned me as his replacement.
I would also like to inform you that Gateway is currently undergoing a reorganization, and will no longer be called Gateway Interstellar, but Gateway Shipping.
Since this reorganization has kept us all busy we were unable to respond to your message, and we apologize dearly for that. I would like to suggest that we meet each other in person, so we could get to know one another. I would very much like to continue the business relationship between the Independent Miners Guild and Gateway Shipping, and hope you think so too.

My name is Guild Master Takeshi Ogawa. I would like to personally congratulate you and wish you good luck from your new position in the Gateway Shipping. I hope the partnership and the bonds between our two organisations will become even stronger now. We should not forget Mr Calum McDonald who was also an excellent CEO and we achieved a lot with him while he was leading the Gateway Interstellar.
I am ready to meet you in person Mr Coleman, just specify the place and the date.
All I can say about the meeting is that I truly enjoyed the hospitality, and am glad that we could come to an arrangement rather quickly. As promised we have written up the renewed contract, and it is awaiting your approval. The only thing left out is the starting date, our transports are at the ready but I'm convinced that it is the best choice if you let us know when this contract will commence. With that said, here is the renewed contract.

In case of a term violation and the inability of the parties involved to reach a consensus, the courts of the Kingdom of Bretonia are authorized to solve the dispute.
2. The Gateway Shipping should supply the IMG installation with the following commodities in the specified numbers in a daily basis. The company is also required to provide evidence of these deliveries.

3. The Independent Miners Guild shall offer the following prices for the commodities, per unit.

4. If either side of this contract wishes to cancel or modify this agreement, they may do so, however the cancellation or modification will occur the next week after the request is submitted and both parties should normally and fully satisfy the terms of the current contract for that week.
5. None of these clauses are activated in case both parties reach a consensus including the termination or modification of this contract.

It is very hopeful to see that we are on the same page with new Gateway leadership, which is something very good. On behalf of the Independent Miners Guild, I hereby sign the renewed contract. I should also mention that there are plans for one more base building within Bretonian space soon and it is very likely we will need your services there, as well.
