Does FL Server work with Multiple IP's on 1 NIC?

Will the FL server work on a box that has more than 1 IP bound to the same NIC? I've got a server setup and no matter what I do, I can't get a client to see it. I've verified that the firewall is open to the 2302 port, so I know that's not the problem.

My server is Windows 2008 (not R2).

Any ideas?
