Second, the IMG is in a clear violation of the treaty for placing a bounty on DHC vessel before letting the legal department deal with him first. Last time DHC placed a premature bounty on OMS vessels, it ended in a difficult situation.
Third, the captain of the Ravensburg must take his mining ship to Briesen immediately and submit to the established legal process.
Finally, insurgent ships are not under Daumann control; we cannot enforce any actions against them and the members of the treaty may do whatever is necessary to enforce the it.

Now listen to me and listen carefully because I wont repeat myself. I said you turn to the Center for your matter. Saying that how WE pay YOU anything is a joke. You arent that position. If rocksplitter is no longer a daumann pilot, Then the requested fine will be dropped. However, Just to make sure he does not steal his patrol craft, the bounty will remain, but should prove no issue, given that it is only on his mining ship, and patrol craft.
