But, it could be better, Get rid of the Perspective view cam option. Make it orthographic, so that you don't see the ships like they're actually in 3d space. So that you can look directly from above.

I tried that, but for some reason, there's a limited range u can go
further with the camera, so some ships cant fit in the image.

yes - the range of the camera is limited - but you can shrink the ships ... its about their relative size, not their absolute size
