Try and get the color right, Get it like the color of Omega-49

Don't include any of the stations, ships, planets, stars etc. Just that color, the light blue and white mix. Also try and sharpen up the pixel quality of the top half border. On the side, don't have that line, try and merge that like you have done with the bottom.

Put a defined light blue border around the top of it, and try the fading effect everyone has done.
