Well the admins would take:
A: one "political correct" aka guy without strong personal views that barely can express its real opinion in order not to hurt any side
B: one that is tied to OP things(certain ships/factions/IDs) in discovery that should not exist.
Anyway this place wont get better even with the genius codding provided by Cannon simple because small things like getting rammed to the dead by some lolwut abuser or because people get bored to fly underpowered tech or may be some nice GB autoaim looser or may be because cruising shield off Battleship pulse abuser- note none of those is against the rules. Having 4-5 topics about the ramming abuse in the rules section with admin not u replies in them shows that something is wrong, or that we all need to be paranoid to play with fraps on all the time.
Statswise 4.85 without all the good stuff had a way more activity and a way less drama.
