Missing characters

On the 19th I got unbaned and connected to Discovery server, only to find my bank character missing (not on the list). I borrowed some money from friend to star playing again. I thought that that is was some kind of a bug and made another bank character and made some money on it and it disapeared aswell as the first bank character. This is second character wich disapeared with all my money I can't play at all, because I'm losing characters from my account and I dont know why... I need help as soon as possible to solve this problem, so I could continue playing.

Missing characters:

Plazma 430 Milions; Last location - Pennsylvania
Hastalavista 230 Milions; Last location - Pennsilvania
Turpija 8 Milions; Last location - Tau23

First two character were my banks, but now they are both gone. Turpija was a miner and is also missing but is lesser loss because there was not much money on it.

You're "disappearing" characters are being deleted, and my hypothesis is that you didn't log them long enough after you created it. You need to have at least 10 minutes on a new character so the server doesn't wipe it at the next restart.

I was able to retrieve Plazma and it's back on the same account as Geolog. Hastalavista was irretrievable.

The next time such things happen, in regards to minimum time, you won't get the ships back. Ten minutes is a simple enough time. Get it then move the cash on.
