A new patch was released recently. Has some helloween stuff in it which is pretty cool but the best part is you can now drive everywhere in the world. I've been having some fun exploring the new areas on my "Policecar" driver.
' Wrote:Nice tip guide Mickk the section on driver denizens was good:)
I'm trying to 'solo' to a Lamborghini- that is sticking with my first car and saving up all my cash. Currently on 225k/600k
Thanks.
I'm adding to the page as I think of stuff that is relevant and/or useful.
I'm 'grinding' my way up the levels slowly, usually get a level once a day, but it looks like that will be every two days soon.
@ivr56, grab yourself an R/T Charger, they are a blast to drive and it's actually a little relaxing at times, what with the grrraaarrr noise it makes as opposed to the maddened buzz saw sound of a tuner car.
EDIT: Finally reached level 30 and bought a T3 car. The Corvette.
This was after testing three of the 'available' (read as not 'rental only') cars.
Impressions.
Nissan GTR: Very very fast in anything approaching a straight line... but corners, forget about it.**
Lamborghini: Also very fast, corners well, but not 'fun' to drive. Bit of a 'no-brainer' to drive.
Corvette Z06: Accelerates like it has rockets attached, even in stock form, corners pretty well, but you DO need to slow down and keep your wits about you, the back end tends to 'wag' a bit in corners when you get off the gas.
Fun car to drive, but you need to pay attention, the mad acceleration is both it's saving grace and curse.
** The GTR is broken folks, seriously. When you can beat a GTR by FOURTEEN SECONDS after a 2 lap race in a CHARGER R/T (Tier 1!!!), either the driver of the GTR sucks badly or there is something seriously wrong....
