As of now, Security Inc. is enacting a new policy for our pilots concerning reporting and promotion criteria.

Reporting and Point System:
We will be instituting a new point system to keep track of your activity. Escort missions will remain the same and be worth one point each. We will also be issuing points for patrol missions. This will go along with our new security leasing service. We'll update you on this channel once all the details are lined out.

Rank Structure:
Recruit rank and Escort ranks will remain the same. Master Escort rank will now be know as Senior Escort Rank. All requirements and ship allowances will remain the same. We will be adding a new rank above Senior. This will be the new Master rank. Promotion will be possible after you have achieved 35 points on your record and review by myself. Master rank pilots will have the same privileges as Senior pilots with the added privilege of personal command of a Conference class Gunship and any acquired points will be redeemable as a credit bonus.

Credit Bonuses:
In order to recognize extraordinary service from our pilots we will be offering credit bonuses. List of bonuses as follows.

• 3 million SC for averting a piracy attempt in which the transport you are escorting could not meet the pirates demand.
  
• 5 million SC for destruction of the pirate in the above scenario in the event the transport was destroyed.
  
• Master rank pilots will be able to redeem accumulated points at a rate of 2 million SC per point.

I conducted a patrol from Freeport 5 to Freeport 15 yesterday, doing flybys of Corfu Base and Freeport 9. I encountered the GW2-Mantarok near Freeport 9. He passed along some information regarding some issues around Nine over the past few days.

• A Corsair and Hunter brought a fight into the NFZ, when asked to leave they complied.
  
• An Order agent challenged the Mantarok to a battle when the Mantarok asked the Order agent to leave the NFZ as the agent had been shooting down Hunters wanting to dock on Freeport 9. The captain of the Mantarok told the agent that he would contact Order HC and the agent begrudgingly left the area.
  

I also encountered one of Omicroners calling themselves the Phoenix now. Call sign was Melliar, whoever it was all they did was buzz both me and the Mantarok multiple times before returning to Freeport 9.

Greetings, everyone.

First of all, I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Jaimie Santacana. My uncle, Lucius Cogito, gave me his ship, OSI-Selene, so I could continue transporting cargo for OSI while he's busy with all the paperwork.

My first cargo one was really hard. I hope it's just a coincidence, not something I will have to deal with every day.

I launched from Lanzarote base in Gran Canaria with intention of taking some counterfeit software from Ames to finish our Black Sails contract. Of course, I took a full load of deuterium as I know Ames always buys it at very good prices.
First part of my run - to Ames - was as smooth as every transport captain could dream of. No pirates, no problems... just a smooth, easy ride.
I docked at Ames, unloaded deuterium, loaded the software and docked off.
The problems started right then. There was a KSP ship named NightFire floating outside of Ames.
I knew I can't just move towards Shikoku so I took a course towards Colorado JH and then, after getting out of his range, I changed course towards Kusari.
I thought it's all done. i jumped to Shikoku, moved away from lanes and cruised towards New Tokyo JG.
But then, I found out that the same KSP officer is sitting near the JG, with another KSP, chating...
I couldn't sneak past them. I moved away, took a dive into nebula and started to look for some help.
Fortunately, there was a zoner gunboat named Amarus in New Tokyo. And the captain agreed to help me.
We decided to go through Kyushu jumphole, then trough New Tokyo and further east - to Sigmas.
Everything was going smooth... and then, the same KSP showed up in New Tokyo. I knew he was after me. I decided to run for it. My escort, Amarus, which was scouting ahead, jumped off the lane and disabled it. That gave me some additional time. I jumped to Shikoku and cruised south right after jump. KSP jumped in and followed me. He was like 7k behind me. I knew he couldn't scan my cargo just yet... But i had to take a turn towards S-13 JH and when I was turning, he got closer - to 5.5k.
In the meantime, Amarus took the lanes to get in front and cover my retreat if it's necessary.
It wasn't. When I was about 10k from the hole, KSP vessel turned back.
The rest of the route was as smooth as the first part. S-17, Theta and Gamma - where I unloaded the cargo.
I paid my escort 5 millions for his service. It was high risk and high value cargo and he was the best escort I could imagine.
