It would be better idea to adjust stats to fit battleships those will be used on.
Osiris/Dreadnought do not have much of powercore so Liberty/Civilian (from what I noticed so far civies are sort of based on Liberty tech I think) should deal smaller damage on profit of being healthier to powercore.
Rheinland unlawfuls & lawfuls tend to be point blank grinders, as original cerberus was sort of based on their "weapon ideology" their guns should reflect that.

Omi this is not a stat changing but a cosmetic change to add more individuality to each house and the Corsair and Outcasts. I would prefer we don't touch stats. So Each heavy turret will have the current stats of the Cerberus turret.

There is but one thing that I find as strange and its the bretonia projectiles.
The vanila projectiles of bretonia are coming from their own and only (in vanila) Primary Turrets (aka battle razors) which color was and is still White. Every gun of the vanila bretonia caps (gunboats, destroyers, battleships) was white still 4.86 where some turrets have received a change of colors The bret secondaries are now blue with "white" particle heads and the primary turrets are white with "light blue" particle heads.
Every fighter weapon (splitter/rails and their low level versions) was and is white.
So to bring a featuring "RED" color for the bretonian cerberus, considering all the above information, is just the like as bringing "RED" cerberus to rheinland cap.
I like the general idea but is it possible to change the color of the bretonia cerberus from Red to White?
Fallen your are right here and I agree on this. As seems from Vanilla Bretonian guns are wite with a little blue I will change my idea. So the Bretonian heavy Battleship Turret will become Wite Colored and the Civilian Red Colored. This will be reflected in Post 3.

Ok people this is the Final edit on how the projectiles are going to look on each House heavy Turret. Amazing Work and a big thanks to Danny. This is the Final proposition to the Dev team. Post number one is updated to reflect the new changes. Keep giving feedback guys.
