Jack went down in the docking bay, where he parked his fighter, he opened the cockpit's window and retrieved two assault rifles, despite the pain from the wounds, he was able to arm the rifle.

Morrigan had followed him and saw that he had two rifles.

"I am sure ya can only fire one at the time"

And she gestured for him to hand one over to her.

She smiled, while she caught the weapon, put the sling over her shoulder and stroked its barrel.
