Dave was very surprised by Ellie's reaction. After she kissed him on his cheek, he turned a bit red like the digital rose he gave to her, and looked in the surrounding to be sure no one saw him being so red, a sign of his small shyness, but that's surely someone saw him. He then looked after Ellie as she went to Eriksson to ask him something, he waited for her to come back again with his charismatic smile...
While waiting he saw Izzy, Jeremy's wife. Dave then was very happy to see her back, despite he didn't knew her, but he knew that Jeremy will be happy again.

"Actually, I wanted to make something to give to Dave Erik." She turned slightly red. "He gave me something, and I wanted to give him something in return."

Rika sat at her table, swingg her legs.
She giggled at her older sister, smiled at her brother, then got up. She climbed into Aqua's lap and closed her eyes.
Ellie entered the lab, grabbing the needed essentials. She started to work.

Ellie removed her goggles and smiled. She quickly washed up, then returned to the party. Walking over to Dave, she handed over a necklace. On the necklace was the insignia of Cerberus, smal enough to be fit in the palm.
"Dave. Since you gave me something special, I felt I should do the same. This is called a Wayfinder. Each one is unique. It allows.you to find any other Wayfinder, or your home." She paused. "With yours, there are only eleven wayfinders now." Ellie smiles and sits down beside Dave. "So... Do you like it?"
Dave listened carefully to Ellie as she gave him the necklace. He then looked at the highly detailed insignia of "Cerberus", and at the glowing effect of the necklace. He was very moved and very touched by Ellies gift.
I've seen lots of mysterious and beautiful things in my life, but no one gave me something unique like this... its very special... a Wayfinder... "Even in the darkest corners of the universe, there is always a light, a light which shows you the way back home", I never thought what my father said really exists. I appreciate your gift Ellie, very much...
He looked at Ellie with his usual charismatic smile, but this time with a very small tear on his right cheek. Dave never reacted like this from a very long time because he was hiding a drama of his life, and until now he never found any interest in any women since the long forgotten event...
He then hugged Ellie, and with a glare in his eyes, he had a look like he wanted to kiss her, but he thought that this move couldn't be appropiate for him as he acted as gentle and kind as he could....

"Heh...you gave me something special, I did the same." Wiping the tear away, she smiled.
"The Hunter family's motto. 'Even after the darkest of nights, morning still comes." She hugged him back.
"You are socially awkward you know. For the love of Aphrodite,goddess of love, go ahead. I know that look from a,mike away." She smiles with a michevous look at Dave.
Dave then like he was taken away by something, slowly approached her and gave her a very sweet and long kiss. Then like coming back to reality he slowly stopped, and looked very embarrassed to Ellie. Then trying to clarify what happened he continued...
"I.... well... socially awkward... *laughes*, well... uhmm.. I am sorry if i .. put you in a unpleasant state.. Well because of what I do.. i never had time for this .. you know.. and sometimes I do things.. like .. this very, very.. uhmm... I think it wasn't a nice move from me... and made you a bad impression.."
Then he looked very seriously to Ellie as she was about the laugh at his embarrassed excuse.
"Ok... damn it i need something to drink"
He went and took a small glass of vodka and finished it very quick...
Then he looked again at Ellie, as he was rather feared of her thoughts of him and the impression he made. Dave turned very red but he tried to keep his charismatic smile...
