We are creating new ship assignment guidelines and applying rankings to all members. This will be as follows:

[color=#00FF00]We wish to give all 'employees' Mammoths as a base line ship, with promotion to Skipper you will have access to everything up to 3600 cargo space //within role play Eg: Firefly of BWT. When you reach the Captain rank you will have access to larger ships again, for example, Mastodon's, and Titanic's etc. . Promotion will be achieved when you have shown yourself to be competent and reliable to the company. Captain is classed as a member, Skipper and Personnel are classed as employees.
Mining ships are going to be used as a 'members only' ship. You have to have a mining endorsement (ME#) to have access to the mining accounts. To gain this endorsement you will need to apply for this. ME1 have access to Dacite ships, ME2 have access to CSFs and Hegemons. Specialist miners are classed as members, Engineers are employees.

The escort wing is still classed as 'invite only'. You will need to be a member to be invited, but you will need to prove yourself to the company, and attend organised training sessions before you will be considered for this position. Recruits will have access to light and heavy fighters, Sentry will have access to Very heavy fighters and bombers, Guard will have access to Codename weaponry. Gunboats will be given to guard ranked members who have deemed themselves worthy of such responsibility.

Have been held down a bit at the shipyard repairing Falkirk. So no deliveries these past few weeks.
The shipyard engineers are having a difficult time keeping these T-235 engines running on this cobbled up piece of Rheinland craftsmanship. I guess those long runs to Okinawa tapped the life from her. Time for an upgrade is in order. I have my eye on one of those CT-69's with the LX stateroom trim. My funds are all in order.
However I see there may require some approval. As I see the Doe's have laid down the law concerning who are true members. I guess I don't make the cut. To top it off the new Chief stated these true members pay 80% versus 20%.
I don't care what you call me, heck Skipper is fine with me. Yet an enterprising man like myself wanting to make an increase in capacity just went down the hole with 20% profit. Going from a Behemoth to a Crane makes my profit around 40% of what I have as an employee. It all seems backwards to me.
So here is my offer, if you approve my new Crane to fly in your fleet I will return DSE 20% of my profit on all delivered goods except those from the DSE barge(s). The barge holdings we return 80% of the profit. I will remain as a Skipper if desired by management.
