It seems you only payed for the Bundschuh to that guy, and not for the transport which carried MV's.
Why is that so? You claim there is a bounty, and you bring up some thread (which isn't in a bounty section) as evidence, and then you -still- don't pay for a claimed bounty.
Also, I was told that the Freelancer who posted #210 didn't even want the money, which makes it even more weird.
Unless I'm missing something, in which case I apologize in advance.

Well, yeah it's true that I'm slowly slipping into paperwork roles that I hadn't been fulfilling before, and it was an oversight. I wonder what your actual point is. It's mostly complaining, can you tell me how any of this will actually improve RM as a whole?

The RM is currently FR5'ing every smuggler they catch, and issuing fines.
It is only fair that the RM pays for such a task, if such a task is given to the Freelancers or Mercenaries.
I'm not here to tell you that you are missing some paperwork.
However, my feedback would be to really put the 'deal' from that 'other thread' to your bounty board, so people are aware that they are being hunted for MV's in your space.
Razr, it's just an upgrade to the previous discussion about a dead transport.
Also, this is not the first time the said Freelancer is destroying vessels in your name and in your space, even though the ones destroyed aren't on your bounty board.
I recommend you to check the last two pages on your board, and have a talk with him.

RM needs to make this contract with the Freelancer they hired either visible in their faction bounty thread, with all terms listed, or in a separate thread in the Bounty section of the forums. The Communication Channel is fine for setting up such deals, but the terms of his hiring must be visible in the Bounty Board section.

Just one thing, if you realize that you are outgunned badly consider running away to get backup instead of waiting for it right next to a gunboat for more then 15 minutes. Not everyone enjoys talking more then an easy blue message.
