On a serious note, it will be much more rewarding for you if you just look at the recruitment thread titles, read a few which interest you, and apply, rather than have people ask you to join. This way, it is something which interests you instead of something which serves to inflate an ego.

I saw phantoms many times:

A: they killed my junker slave liner in Hamburg as i was smuggling cardi

B: a Phantom legate flies from O82 to valetta, docks, equips full OC primes and tell everyone to shove it if they have any objections

C: they say their at detroit munitions, i bring my LNS gunboat just to face 2 umbrage's and a ravenclaw

D: one flew past my Scimitar Pirate, looked at me, told me to keep up the good work and raped a IMG ore transport

E: alot of them suddenly went into Tau 23 one day, killed everything and went back into O82

On a serious note, as already said before, the best would be to search what factions are you interested in. What regions of Sirius, what kind of activities/gameplay do you like, and so on.
