[font=Cambria]Hauptmann Zain Rahimi here of the Rheinland Military,
[color=#009900]Greetings, it appears a transport Captain under your corporation banner committed several crimes today. The charges on behalf of the Rheinland Military are the following;
• Attempting to break the embargo against Liberty
• Insulting an officer of the Rheinweir
• Threatening with a bounty

- Attempting to break the embargo against Liberty
Please refer to the laws of Rheinland, Article three: Embargo regulations - §2.6. which lists the cargo goods that Interspace Commerce is allowed to ship from Rheinland to the Libertonian Borders.
I initially offered to escort the IC|Moscow but was called out for a higher priority task which included supporting a Feldwebel in enforcing the embargo against Liberty. Once I mentioned this to the Captain of the Moscow he acted surprised hearing that there is an embargo against Liberty. After further discussion he asked me what cargo was allowed to be shipped by the Interspace Commerce. Despite it being your responsibility knowing the laws of Rheinland before entering our house, I decided to be courteous enough to check it out for him. Finding that the Interspace Commerce could ship a wide range of cargo I informed the Captain that it was more efficient if he told me what he was planning on shipping to Liberty.
I was told his intended cargo was Diamonds. After further checking the laws of Rheinland regarding this matter, I found that said cargo was NOT listed as permitted cargo and once more informed your Captain about it. His response was a direct insult to myself personally and that of the entirety of the Rheinland Military. I let it slide initially because I was not after to punish someone for mere words.
During this time I had positioned myself next to the New Berlin jumpgate in the Hamburg system expecting other shipments trying to break the embargo but I was met with another surprise. Apparently the Moscow had both ignored my warnings and disobeyed direct orders to not ship Diamonds towards Liberty and had jumped with a full cargo of them to Hamburg.
Catching him red-handed I demanded him to drop his cargo several times. He told me he was about to drop them but suddenly he changed course and headed straight back to New Berlin trying to escape me. I charged after him and managed to cruise disrupt his ship just in time. Once more giving him multiple chances to drop the cargo, now he intended to lecture me on the same laws he broke. With my patience wearing thin I ultimately resorted to lethal force and removed his ship from Rheinland Territory.
On account number three
- Threatening with a bounty
Amazingly enough this man had managed to find himself to a safe bay or a new ship because immediately thereafter he opened private communications with myself and threatened to put a bounty on me which would include Hessian Forces.
It is safe to say, that you have a lot of explaining to do. Regardless, I'm pretty confident that you will receive some dire consequences for these actions which are represented via your Corporation.
The exact details of the extended fines will be dictated by the High-Command, forwarding this transmission to my respective superior department as we speak.
I am Public Relations Chancellor for Rheinland thus this transmission was got firsthand by me. Ryan Green, at your services.
There is a mtter that does not seem right on this incident.
We do see, know and aknowledge the laws of all houses.
We do not break any of those, but it seems this idividual, that is not part of our organisation decided to act against Interspace Commerce's policy.
We cannot be held responsible for individual that is not working for us and has set transponder to show our affiliation. Do look at the fact that he does not have standart equipment that we distribute to all of our employees.
And his mention of Hessians is just... Maybe he thought you do fear those terrorists, pirates, murderers. That is beyond my understanding.
However we are going to hold a meeting between all directors to find a solution to this unfortunate situation.

[color=#009900]This Captain was flying under your banner and therefore falls under the responsibility of your entire Corporation. Simply excusing yourself that he is not an employee and therefore you are free of all charges is far from valid.

Guten Tag,
zis is Oberst Bommel from ze Bundespolizei Rheinland.
I'm really surprised, zat Interspace was caught for an embargo break attemption some hours after zey got permission to carry plutonium in Rheinland.
I'm afraid, ze next one moves plutonium through our borders...
Furthermore: You said zis pilot is not an employee of your corporation?
So tell me, why he uses a liberty ship with Interspace papers and shows an interspace tag in his callsign.
Sir, he is not part of our main company divisions.
If he is a contracted employee, he had no right to use our affiliation tag.
We are looking into this matter, and we cannot find any recods of him.
We will use all our resources into this investigation. Such incident should not have ever happened.
Sir, have you been in situation that Rheinland Military pilot had affiliated him self with main forces while he was not? We do believe this happens time to time and we ask more time to investigate this problematic incident.

Herr Green,
it's not important for me, wheter ze Hauptmann is part of ze Rheinwehr Hauptflotte or not. Border patrol is also a task of ze Reserveflotte. But how do you know zat he isn't part of it?!
Please be patient until one member of ze Rheinwehr Oberkommando will estimate zis matter.

[color=#009900]I will have to respectfully ask the Rheinland Federal Polizei to cease all further transmissions on this channel without receiving the explicit permission of the Rheinland Military High Command. How you have access to this channel to begin with is beyond me.
This investigation currently is held by the Rheinland Military, although I wouldn't mind the Polizei assisting us please follow standard protocols.
Guten tag, herr Rahimi. I am Felix Sherman, CEO of Interspace Commerce Transnational.
To clear up.
The captain in question is in fact an employee of Interspace.
Well.
Was.
There is no excuse for idiocy or incompenitence, and not knowing the proper laws is untolerable after the expense and effort we here have gone to teaching and informing our captains of the proper procedure.
Hell, the first time my old boss caught me breaking an embargo they had the proper regulation branded on my arm.
Needless to say, this unsanctionable action will have far more extreme measures.
We *do not* tolerate anyone endangering our profits.
(Felix presses a large red button on his desk.)
As we speak, our legal department is hunting the Moscow down and serving him his *ahem* "pink slip".
Don't expect to see the ship again.
I sincerely and personally apologize for this incident, and Interspace is prepared to pay or do anything to insure this does not affect our previously improving relations with the Sovereign House of Rheinland.

Representatives of the Interspace Commerce,
It should be obvious that we are disappointed by this turn of events, especially since they happened right after Rheinland decided to put its trust in you again. It is irrelevant if the person responsible for this line of actions is indeed a member of the Interspace Commerce or not, as the situation in general portrays the incompetence of your company clearly enough.
Neither the government of Rheinland, nor the Bundestag feels that an establishment with such a lacking organization structure can be entrusted with handling hazardous and valuable materials like plutonium. After all, if you cannot keep track of your own ships and personnel, in addition to making flawed and false statements without giving the case at hand proper investigation, how can you show professionalism in coordinating the shipping of one of the most hazardous materials known to man, or any other field of space faring for that matter?
As Herr Sherman said, there is no excuse for incompetence.
Putting our trust into Interspace was a premature action, we can assure you that it will not happen again.
The company's permit to ship Plutonium has been revoked. Every Interspace vessel found doing so regardless, will be dealt with severely.
In addition, the company is to pay 25 million credits to the Rheinwehr bank account [RM-ARM]-Behemoth-001 as a fine for violating the laws of Rheinland under a corporate banner. Whether you get the money out of the Moscow or pay it yourselves is irrelevant.
Signed,
Admiral Alec Voelkel,
Oberkommando der Rheinland Militär.
