Captain, thank you for the report. I find it amusing that the Hogosha would call the Kusari government "enemies" when they have long been suspected of cozying up to them and even being on the payroll but nonetheless, I received word that Gorb is doing well on Med.Force.One.

On another note, I want to thank Captain Gregorius of [TAZ]Malexa for his security work in Baffin. I was rendering medical aid to some friends when two suspicious Rhienland gunboats arrived and began questioning my friends. I seriously thought there was going to be an exchange of gunfire but their wasn't. Gregorius, your security of the crew aboard the Ark is most appreciated. Alicia can breathe a bit easier now knowing that the yacht she commands is safe.

Also, I encountered some GMS ships today. I was suspicious at first since I do know they are close to the Gallic Royals. They left with a load of amulets and promised to return with wine and tobacco at my request. A busy day indeed.

The ship, appearing to belong to the Gallic corporation known as 'Gallic Metal Service', contained tobacco and wine. The captain delivered it to Shasta and left with a load of pineal amulets.

I have been speaking with the leadership of the Gallic Metal Service. We will be seeing more of them as they bring us tobacco and wine and leave with pineal amulets. Maybe we can't go into Gallia but at least we can get some goods from there.

I spoke with Bret from "The Maverick V." He asked me about joining TAZ. As a friend of mine, I will support membership. Hopefully he applies soon.

Michael Storm, congrats on your command. As to the Gallics, it's basically a deal for wine and tobacco. But yes, you can bet I'll be monitoring things very carefully as should us all.

Reggie, Moira, nice to hear from you again. We haven't seen Mal in some time. Hopefully, sooner than later, we can get ahold of him.
One concern, a Freelancer in Baffin recently came under fire and complained that he was given a hard time for defending himself after coming under fire near Shasta. Granted, I don't like fire near the base but I don't expect someone to not defend themselves. I'm planning on going after the Freelancer who created the problem.

And the Waverlys have moved back in eh? Must drop 'em a line.... I got scraps of news about Mal, but like you say, he's one of the best at not being seen if he ain't in the mood fer havin' his robes tugged.
