The land alone will cost you 40 000 000 Sirius Credits but you decide to use DHC for the construction of your facilities you will receive a 5 000 000 SC discount.
However, we might have a problem with your 'CLASSIFIED' research. Seeing that our nation is at war we can not take any chances so before we complete this deal you will have to agree to the following terms:
