Guten tag and good day, I would like to discuss trade regulations for Interspace Commerce in Rheinland, We wish to increase the amount of non-military goods that we are allowed to ship in and through Rheinland space.
At the moment we would like to request permits to carry Beryllium, Beryllium Ore, Cobalt, Cobalt Ore, Copper, Copper Ore, Gold, Gold Ore, Diamonds, Uncut Diamonds, Silver Ore and Niobium Ore, We will be shipping these goods from Bretonia, Kusari and the Omegas, both into and through Rheinland space. We are willing to supply full flight plans as well as any monetary needs to cover these permits.
You would have our word that none of these goods would find there way into Liberty from Rheinland. We would handle any case of these rules being broken with the sternest repercussions internally, and turn offender over to a Rheinland court of law. We would also be willing to work with you on any other conditions necessary to acquire the aforementioned non-military permits.
We thank you for your consideration in this matter.
Signed
Interspace Commerce

My name is Siegfried Heilner, I am a representative of the Rheinland Bundestag. Given my experience in dealing with the representatives of Interspace Commerce, I have been elected to respond to this transmission.
Despite the delayed response, I am afraid the Bundestag has decided to reject your proposal for further collaboration, chiefly due to the insults of trust Interspace has committed against the people of Rheinland in the past.
Only one time did we allow Interspace to extended shipping privileges, here is the point where I should note that your company is already beyond the amount of permits other Liberty companies are given, yet your establishment has seen it fit to abuse our trust. I could also render you access to the criminal database of Rheinland, in which numerous Interspace freelance merchants stand as well.
At this point in time, the Bundestag is unwilling to extend collaboration between your organization and the people of Rheinland, approach us again once the conflict with your parent House is resolved.
Signed,
Siegfried Heilner,
Nationaldemokratische Partei Rheinland,
Rheinland Bundestag.
Good day sir, if you would kindly reconsider our request. We would be willing to ship a number of goods of your choosing in and through Rheinland as a show of good faith and our willingness to cooperate, and our deepest regrets for the damages to our reputation in the past.
As for the matter of our many freelance pilots. We would like your cooperation in reporting offenders to our officials, as we do not always have control in our freelance pilots once they leave the station. We would be willing to cooperate with your agents in any investigations and punishments against our freelancer pilots. As it currently stands we do not hear of many, if any cases brought against our freelance pilots, they are not known to run into our office reporting when they break trade laws, they tend to try and keep it as quite as possible so their employment remains intact. If you could kindly have any reports forwarded to our offices we would be more then happy to fully cooperate with your investigation and seek proper punishment on our end on top of whatever punishment you see fit for the offence. I think with this method adopted we will see a decrease in Interspace freelancer offences.
Again sir, we apologize for all of our past actions and the reputation it has caused us in Rheinland, and we are hopeful that you will allow us this chance to redeem ourselves, and if not we would still like to be involved with cases brought against our freelancers.

Herr Price, the key issue in this case is not the misbehavior presented by the freelance merchants under Interspace representation, but the fact that your formal, official leadership abused our trust right after they received it after a considerable amount of forethought. It has been proven by the past the we cannot trust Interspace or any other Liberty companies, that is a standpoint we are unwilling to reconsider, and not necessarily because of your ties with the said House.
We have been reluctant to contact you about the issues with freelance merchants chiefly seeing how the central directorate couldn't efficiently handle the incident a ship of their own caused. Our lack of trust for Interspace strives from the incompetence and ineffective management you have shown us in the past, enhanced by the affiliation with Liberty. You may claim not to endorse the war or lean towards either sides of the conflict, but if you cannot maintain an eye on the ships belonging to the central management, we cannot expect that the goods you haul will not get into wrong hands, irrelevant of your personal decision making, or that of the leadership.
If you wish to assist Rheinland in apprehending Interspace freelance merchants committing crimes, you may contact the Bundespolizei on a separate channel. Remedy or the reconsideration of your licensing to goods however, is something I cannot offer in turn.

Mr Heilner with all due respect, we all make mistakes and we all learn from them. Furthermore all of the mistakes in our past have been under our previous administration. We ask but for this one chance to show we can be trusted under the management of an entirely new board of directors.

Disappointingly, we see no evidence of your new management being more efficient than the previous one and investing additional trust and resources into a void entity, even if we do not consider your organization's past offenses, sounds like a bold, inconsiderate move. Something the Bundestag will not commit.
Your company has more considerably more privileges than any other one originating from Liberty. Labor to preserve what you have.
I will now consider this conversation finished; truly a pleasure talking to you, Herr Price.
