So you basically want Gamma as fortified as O-91?
Which would leave all the places sairs raid pretty undefended while your own system will be heavier protected than most guard systems.
I`m sorry but you already have two Battleships sairs frequently run to even when the agressor is outnumbered you really don`t need more. It will just lead to giant sair gankcapforces invading everything while they can jump to safety even more easily than now.

I never said other home systems did not need to get a buff in defenses.
I am only telling stuff from my point of view.
Also , constantly raiding gamma is fine , but when sairs would raid something else its not?
And you think is ok to have in home system of the strongest unlawful faction 5 battleship of group that in common sense can not have battleships??(hessians..and when you ask why,think about avlction of rheinlad goverment when hessians make battleship in their home...)

And corsair weaponry is not underpowered, ASLONG AS YOU FLY A TITAN THAT IS. Cuz their horrid energy efficience makes them totally unusable on the other sair snubs such as the Decu, Centi and Gladi. They simply dont have the core to deal enough damage, compared to their most common adversaries.
And if we go by the argument you present, in the end of your post, what you claim is that ingame Lore should not be reflected because skill and game mechanics is more important to a ROLEPLAY SERVER then actual roleplay.
Why do you think i suggested stationary upgrades at the jumpholes?
8.33 LM + TCD. Put two such platforms within 1.5k of any jumphole and any single, large hostile ship without the agility or speed to evade, will be destroyed or crippled to the point of being useless in battle. THIS is what i seek.
I dont want sair ships to be buffed, cuz that will only lead to a Q_Q chain, which then results in all our enemies being buffed and thus we're back at square one.
What I argue for, is a way to reduce the amount of single persons with alot of skill, or small groups of 2-3 people coming in and whupping the arse of the players in gamma, just because their way better then 90% of the Corsair players, and like to rub it in their faces. Just because your good at pvp, doesnt mean you have any right to deny others to play their characters by constantly killing them and thus making sure they cant play that char at all.

No, I`d acctually like the idea of using the Hammen Hole how it should be used, but that`s unlikely to happen since it`s not camped like Crete
That discussion goes on since the release of .86 and I don´t want to have it here, 5 Jorms at Crete will be and were torn apart in no time.

I wouldn`t have a problem with sairs raiding, I pretty much dislike it that sairs are barely found out of gamma and lately 50 and 47. Only thing I am for are even odds, you raid systems that won´t rip you apart while you enter and everyone else should be able to do that too, even if it`s your system, buffing defences of some systems to an insane level will lead to even more annoying BS/basehugging.

you now talking about PvP, not RP/Lore. this is not correct. Sairs must have same defence as any house do.
They are numereous, well skilled, armed with best equipment (at least in vanilla they are) and have billions from trading artifacts and pirating. and they now dont have even Titans in their home? and some smaller factions (SCRA, Reapers, Hellfire) have better NPCs that Corsairs do. redicilous if you ask me.
Devs will sooner add caps to Gamma and Alpha. So you better stop QQ about that and make Normal PvP in systems that must be used to PvP. I not saw Sairs vs Hessians in O5, Corsairs- OC in Eta. but I saw BHG+OC+Hessians+RR+MM+everyone else in Gamma.
If you people dont RPing your raids properly and dont care about whole Lore system - dont cry about good defence in faction home system and Corsairs docking with their bases to repair themself and attack again

Even with BS around Crete, there is so many freelancer coming in to fight that are neutral to NPC faction that orbital defenses going to be useless unless all the Gamma raiders get a rep fix to hostile.
