During a recent salvage operation in the Bering system, my boys found a wrecked smugglers vessel the ship in question is a Z-8550 "Pitbull" Pirate Train. Seems to have been originally made by the Red Hessians based on the hold full of Blood Diamonds when we found it. However pilots been long dead, probably blasted by the Unioner's or the Rheinlanders back during the war. We towed the hulk back to our shipyard and repaired it and she is back up and running under the call sign .:j:.Fort.Knox. I just wanted to contact you and let you know that this ship was not to the best of my knowledge constructed by the Rogues in accordance to Liberty Law. Below you will see my reputation with the Big Three as well as Liberty Law enforcement.

Additionally for the LPI I would like to report a Freelancer Smuggler, Sephensis. I spotted him while I was heading to Bretonia with some Premium Scrap marked for delivery to Planet Spraug. I got a scan of his vessel unfortunately I could not contact any Liberty Forces in order to apprehend him.

Greetings.

Arbiter Tillman, you do not simply declare that a vessel of illegal make is now operational within your organization and that you don't expect there to be any issues over it. There is already a channel for putting in requests for exemption located here. If you wish to have a license to operate the vessel legally within Liberty then please provide all background information, including any documentation on its reconstruction, in an appropriately flagged communique. Your request will then be given its appropriate due consideration. You are of course free to operate the vessel outside of Liberty's borders in any region you are legally permitted to do so until that time.

Thank you for the tip on the smuggler, and while we'll keep an eye out for the vessel, I'm sure the LPI will be following up on it as their casework permits.
