It has came to our attention that your branch has constructed an unauthorized modular station by the name of "Chicago". You are to provide swift explanation why have you broken the law and how you would remedy the situation.

Secretary Hawthorne
Hello and thank you for contacting us.
We are not sure but of late communications with Liberty are either being blocked or not getting through. I can clearly see you have tried to communicate on 04/07. We have also been attempting to reach you on other matters but to no avail. I can only assume this is the result of the war causing disruption.
Chicago is the base formally called Scrap Palace. Scrap Palace has been renamed and re-purposed as =DSE-'s base of operations (BaseOps) in Alberta. We have attempted to inform you of developments but for whatever reason we have had no response.
As you are aware we are heavily involved in the construction of the tradelanes within Ontario and the Jump Gates in both Ontario and Alberta. The decision to re-purpose the mothballed base in Texas was pragmatic. It also has an added benefit for =DSE- to support the war effort by having a forward ship repair and maintenance facility.
We have not received any request from you for a base named "Chicago" and your implications that the communications are being blocked, ignored or not getting through is ridiculous. Ageira Technologies have reported no issues with NeuralNet and as such the only conclusion we can come to is your corporation failing to make a proper documented request via appropriate channel. You have 48 hours to do it.
