Dear Ms. Zerafira,

I'd just quickly answer to allow you to take further steps:

Docking Permission: IMG stations have been advised that SOBT vessels could request permission there. I have reaffirmation by all docking controllers that you are set to green docking rights.

Bounty Board: This is the neuralnet address for the bounty board. Please make sure to fill it in according to the form.

Anti-Cap Strikes: Experience has shown that Camebridge, O3, 07, Stuttgart and New Berlin are systems in which strikes might get necessary. I guess it should be possible when staging from Freistadt. A bomber wing might be needed that can deal some damage.

Base security: Scanning ships and boring police duties are not what I would want to waste your people on. I'D rather have you stationed in a centreal spot (Aland or Freistadt) and ready to strike or swoop in for base or mining field defense. Once you are registered on our bounty board, you will see that you have a wide selection of targets that will also earn you quite some money.

Deliveries: Falster Trade Center has been enhanced to the maximum completely. But we plan further expansion once the technology allows for it. For these upgrades, we need massive amounts of good. I'd contact you for these. Some special assignments I will send to you when they come up on the safer Sky-p3 encrypted protocol.

Falster Access: It will be granted once your application to the bounty board has been accepted. From then on we officially regard you as working for us and thus we can justify why a Freelancer group launches from the base.
