Deflects incoming energy bolts. Deflects them directly back at attacker with some degree of spread.
Does not affect ballistics eg: Missiles.
Fire once, uses up all energy. Active for 5 seconds. Power core remains empty for 7 seconds (since fire) before resuming recharge.

On how to implement...I have no clue. I don't think FLHook can go *that* far.
Perhaps use the physics of those tiny asteroids in asteroid fields that hit your ship and flies off in another direction?
